Estimados Señores de Hendrickson Toyota, Mi nombre es Juan Sebastián Suárez Forero, y me pongo en contacto con ustedes debido a una experiencia inaceptable y sumamente frustrante vivida en su concesionar Juan Sebastián Suárez Forero, y me pongo en contacto con ustedes debido a una experiencia inaceptable y sumamente frustrante vivida en su concesionario. El pasado 19 de noviembre de 2024, realicé un cambio de una Toyota RAV4 modelo 2024 por una Toyota RAV4 modelo 2025 en su establecimiento. Desde el día domingo 24 de noviembre, un testigo del vehículo comenzó a indicar “Verifique el motor, visite su dealer”, lo que me llevó a presentarme en el concesionario el día martes 26 de noviembre buscando una solución inmediata a esta emergencia. Llegué al concesionario a las 3:50 de la tarde y fui atendido por el señor Henry, quien con falta de profesionalismo, desdén y un trato inaceptable, me informó que: 1. Los mecánicos ya se encontraban en casa, a pesar de que su horario indica que atienden hasta las 7:00 p.m.. 2. Que a partir de las 4:00 p.m. solo realizaban cambios de aceite. 3. Que no había técnicos disponibles, sino únicamente aprendices para realizar estas tareas básicas. A pesar de explicar que vivo en Miami Lakes y que mi desplazamiento fue de más de 50 minutos, su respuesta fue que no podía hacer nada y que agendara una cita para el día siguiente, miércoles 27 de noviembre. Cuando le pregunté quién se haría responsable si algo grave sucediera con la camioneta, simplemente no supo qué responder, lo que considero una falta de respeto hacia el cliente y una negligencia inadmisible. Por ello, quiero dejar constancia de mi total descontento y exigir que se tomen medidas correctivas inmediatas: 1. Responsabilidad del concesionario: Si llegara a ocurrir un daño mayor al vehículo por la falta de atención recibida, hago directamente responsable al concesionario. 2. Medidas contra el señor Henry: Exijo que se revise su conducta y se le instruya sobre cómo tratar a los clientes y atender situaciones de emergencia. Su actitud carece de empatía, compromiso y profesionalismo. 3. Horarios y atención adecuada: Solicito que se ajuste la información de sus horarios o que se dispongan técnicos capacitados para atender emergencias en todo momento, ya que no es aceptable que anuncien atención hasta las 7:00 p.m. y se nieguen a resolver problemas desde las 4:00 p.m.. Esto es un engaño al cliente. Dealership finance group (Dimitry Sicard, who is not listed in the review page) were forcing on us fees and add-ons. They kept using the excuse that they needed to include a bundle to "certify" the vehi listed in the review page) were forcing on us fees and add-ons. They kept using the excuse that they needed to include a bundle to "certify" the vehicle so the rate could be lowered (tied financing which is not legal). A bundle that, by the way, requires conditions that they couldnt meet (two keys provided with the car). After many attempts to agree to a price, and signing the agreement, they still did attempt to issue a contract with a not agreed price. Fortunately for us, we had kept copy of what it was agreed and they redid the contract (not to their joy). They charged us a "pre delivery service" fee which, should be part of their selling price, so, BEWARE. Any optional fee for them is not, it has to be included in the contract. More
Since I walked in,the service was very friendly. Pleasant and professional. I do not once feel like they are hungry for sales and being pushy. A very enjoyable experience for sure !
