I called Jim two weeks ago about a used 2004 F150. He informed me it was sold but took my info incase something else came along. The next Sat. morning got a call from Jim about the same F150 we had talk informed me it was sold but took my info incase something else came along. The next Sat. morning got a call from Jim about the same F150 we had talked about and told me it was mine if I wanted it. Jim rushed me some more photos and price within five minutes and we had a deal. He took my information over the phone and had everything done before I drove 80 miles to the dealership. Akins also gave me a fare trade in vaule for my 2002 F150. I was at the dealership less than an hour from start to finish. I've dealt with Akins since I played for the Falcons after hearing so many of the guys rave about how great it was doing business there. Living in Buford I have choices that may be closer to home, but I won't even consider going anywhere else for sales or service. Eric Shepherd is the general manager and I've found him to be a great go-to guy who who is sincere and genuine in his dealings with people. He always goes the extra mile to satisfy people and never passes the buck. I recently bought a 2013 Expedition EL from Jim Sullivan. I always deal with Jim and have done many deals with him over the years . What I like about dealing with Jim is he's very laid back. I don't like pushy salesmen nor do I like the games so often associated with car sales. Jim always makes the sales process very transparent and enjoyable . I've referred many people to him and always get back great reports. The day after the sale, I got a call from Eric saying that he was sending me an accessory (no charge) for my Expedition that he thought I would like. This was completely unexpected and unsolicited. This dealership gets it. Treating people the way YOU want to be treated is a great business principle to get behind. I strongly recommend them . More

We were allowed to test drive the car with little or no hassle. He was honest and negotiated a reasonable price on the vehicle. He didn’t try to raise the price or trick us.
