Pricing was awesome! We just loved the no haggle and low price. While securing insurance I recommended Akins and Woody to the insurance customer service person who lives in Chattanooga, TN. Woody was very customer service oriented and did his best to make our experience as seamless as possible. We did wait 2 hours for the car to be cleaned up to take home. Shipping plastic was stuck to the door handles, scratched chrome on driver window trim as well as passenger that Woody found and had his manager approve for replacement. Upon further inspection after driving away we found white smudges on center armrest in front and doors as well as some dirt. More

I was in search of a very specific truck. I contacted Woody Sowder and he found one in particular that met all of the criteria that I sought. I did a great deal of research regarding this specific truck and in the end determined that the price we agreed upon was a good value and met my needs. This vehicle is the second I have purchased through Woody and in fact will replace the vehicle he sold me in 2005. Our experience was great. We met with Jim Sullivan and were able to work out a great deal to trade-in our old SUV and purchase a new Ford Fusion.
