WOW!! first time buyer on a new truck 500 miles away, Woody and the crew at Akins made it so easy. Eric was so helpful in getting details as the car was being built and shipped to us - ordered in Dec 2012 but knew it would not begin to be built util Feb 2013. Then the recall for the headlights postpo being built and shipped to us - ordered in Dec 2012 but knew it would not begin to be built util Feb 2013. Then the recall for the headlights postponed it again. Eric kept us informed all along the way. Woody was waiting for us when we arrived at the dealership and had everything ready to proceed - very professional and yet made us feel like family! Bill was also very professional in closing out the financial side and even shopped the best rates and gave us options before signing.
