We want to take this opportunity to say "THANKS SO MUCH TO LARRY PRUNCHAK" for helping us purchase our F-150 Truck on June 7th,2013. Upon arrival at the dealership we drove around looking at the trucks that were on the lot. We stopped and were comparing 2 that were close together when Larry came up to us and ask us if he could answer any questions and what we were looking for. We told him that we were looking for a truck that we had one but was wanting to trade it for a smaller one. He gave us the price and mileage on the 2 that we were comparing, we told him that the price was a little high for what we were wanting. He thought he had one we might be interested in on the back lot that just came in, so we went and checked it out but it was only a 2 wheel drive and we wanted 4 and then another was the wrong color and the price was to high. So we then drove back around and we went inside to check the computer to make sure there was nothing we were overlooking. He also pulled up the carfax on the 2 that we first were looking at. He checked up on the prices of the vehicles also to see if they could be reduced any at all. He wanted to see the vehicles that we were wanting to trade in, so we left and went home and brought them back to him. One of the vehicles was my Winstar Van which Larry was Honest with us and told us that he could only give us $500.00 on and he susgested that we keep it. The F-350 needed some repairs but he was able to pay it off and also was able to get the price of the truck that we decided on to what we had to have. Larry was very respectful to us. He was never a "PUSHY SALESMAN" in no way at all. It is very disheartening when you have someone pushing a vehicle off on you when you are just looking for dreams. I know that being aggressive is how salesmen that make commission make money, but us consumers don't like someone standing over our head making us feel like we have to buy a vehicle from them and no one else. It was so peaceful sitting and talking to Larry concerning the purchase of the truck. He worked with us all afternoon to get the price where it had to be. I really appreciate Larry for helping us on this purchase and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. He then checked our credit and we were sent over to Mike Morgan the Finance Manager. Mike Morgan also worked with us on making sure everything was correct concerning the credit app and signing all the paperwork. He was very charming in all our conversations. He made us feel with ease not being stressed out of purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased a total of 3 vehicles from Akins Ford and had good experience every time.
