Explain every detail of the car and ensured the car was clean and fueled on delivery. Awesome guy. He either answers every call or promptly returns the call. Pricing and finacing never changed. We both drove away saying "WOW, that was a great way to buy a car". No pressure at all. Finance dept - no pressure to up-sale and the number we walked out with was the same number we agree on from the start. Never had that happen before. The finance rate was the lowest I could find anywhere. More

Our experience was great. We met with Jim Sullivan and were able to work out a great deal to trade-in our old SUV and purchase a new Ford Fusion.
