My husband and I purchased a brand new 2013 Jeep Wrangler earlier this year. We had a great buying expirence until it started to rain. I know Jeeps are known for leaks in the soft tops but ours in flooded in earlier this year. We had a great buying expirence until it started to rain. Yes it is still unwarrenty but they still havent fixed my problem. I am getting sick and tired of every day I get off to have to call make sure they have a loaner car before I can bring my vehicle in. This has been the worst nightmare ever! I am tired of going back and forth with the dealership, service department and managers about my problem vehicle. Had I known this would have happened I would have never traded in my brand new Mazda! I am so miserable with our vehicle this is getting ridiculous! No one wants to help. No one knows why it keeps leaking. No one understand the frustration I am going through with this car. Next time I wont buy any Ford, Chystler, Jeep product! This is why I am not giving this review good scores. They need to address the problem and fix it not wait on the 5th time! More

I was looking to purchase my households 4th vehicle from Akins. After waiting on Leroy and his associate to "learn the new computer software." The sales manager actually chased me down the sidewalk and completely insulted me by offering me almost $6,000 more for my trade to make the deal! On my previous purchases, Brian Waters and I reached an agreement at his desk and the deal was done. Leroy implored a number of low level tricks used car dealer tricks to try to get me to purchase. Brad Akins has not returned or acknowledged my attempts to reach out to him. More
