Although I had to wait almost 2 years to get my Bronco, I could not be more pleased with the vehicle and the service I received while I waited and once the vehicle arrived. They were incredibly knowledgeable for all of my questions and make sure I was happy with the deal. I was also very pleased that once my vehicle did come in, there was no haggle over price. Very disappointed with sales person. He did not care about me once I took delivery. I bought a new King Ranch truck and my sales person did not even show me how anything worked. As soon as I came out of the business office to take delivery, the salesman left without showing me how my vehicle works. I had to go online and watch the videos to understand the complexity of my new vehicle. Also, I was delivered a King Ranch truck with a defective airbag. The service department, however, was GREAT in getting this problem resolved.. A++ for service. More

Easily the largest dealership I have ever bee in. I was greeted right away and directed to my salesman. Very disappointed . .. Let me first say that I understand the world we are living in today but I took my truck in for what seemed to be an electrical problem as it wo .. Let me first say that I understand the world we are living in today but I took my truck in for what seemed to be an electrical problem as it would start fine (no issues) but nothing else would work (windows, A/C, Heat, mirrors, etc). I was getting seat belt warnings, low tire pressure warnings, etc as well. My truck has an extended warranty but I didnt have an appointment - so no loaner - but my truck was not drivable I was told it would be 2 weeks before it could be diagnosed and it was probably a rodent issue based on symptoms. So 3 weeks go by & I get a call that it is just the battery ... So I have been without my truck for 3 weeks & it was just the battery? Really? I have purchased 3 trucks there in the last 8 years & had all of the service on them performed at Akins ... So when they charged me $145 diagnostic fee of the $380 to replace the battery was when it just became apparent things are different now at Akins ... If I had known or had an inkling it might be the battery I would have taken my truck somewhere else just so I wouldn't haven been without my truck for 3 weeks ... More

Can never say enough about Aiken service! Now with Mobile service. Thomas came out with a part to fix the trunk and low and behold he fixed it eight in my garage without replacing it!!!!
