I ordered a 2021 F150 Raptor and had the pleasure to deal with Tim Smith. He kept me in the loop on all the delays that the plant had in producing new trucks with all the chip shortages. Everything went smooth until I left with my car. One of the key fobs didn’t work at all and that evening the other quit working. I went to Honda dealer who replaced the battery in both. One still wouldn’t the key fobs didn’t work at all and that evening the other quit working. I went to Honda dealer who replaced the battery in both. One still wouldn’t work so they told me it was defective. I called Aikens several times to see about getting it replaced but I have not had a good customer service experience when it came to fixing it. I still don’t have it fixed. I was told I’d have to purchase one. I don’t feel that is right since my purchase agreement included two. I was told by the salesman that i would have to talk to service and I was hung up on when I gave my opinion that I felt they should be talking to service or a manager to make this right. Needless to say I still don’t have a new fob, and no one has called me back. More
