Always AMAZING SERVICE. I had a broken hood release cable. Eric Matte made me feel so comfortable and kept me up to date. Even found out my Max Warranty covered it. I will never support a dealership that treats their service customers the way this Dealership does. Call run around and deflect so they do not have to work a case number. 2 week minimum before they e service customers the way this Dealership does. Not when you want to buy, but when you need Service etc. That is how a company should be judged, and Aikens failed. Everyone should rethink going here. More
