Akins Ford obviously places a high priority on customer satisfaction. Their service writers are top notch and treat you like a VIP the whole time you are there. There is a large part of their facility dedi satisfaction. Their service writers are top notch and treat you like a VIP the whole time you are there. There is a large part of their facility dedicated to the comfort of their service and sales customers. I’m not talking about a room with a TV, a coffee pot and some airline staging area seating. Comfortable seats, several screens, tables, snacks fresh brewed beverages. When they come to tell you your car is ready you almost don’t want to leave. During the time you are there you get status updates via text message and using that tool you can reply and ask questions. More

They had the car I wanted, and a nice, knowledgeable sales guy (Frank Sergi). However, like some other Ford dealerships they charge a “market adjustment” for hard to find vehicles. I thing this is a des sales guy (Frank Sergi). However, like some other Ford dealerships they charge a “market adjustment” for hard to find vehicles. I thing this is a despicable business practice, where the dealership is taking advantage of a situation at the expense of their customers. I suppose I am part of the problem because I paid thousands of $ over MSRP to buy my Bronco from them. This over-charge came with no other benefits. I asked if they would include any other incentives… maybe a couple for free oil changes, or the enhanced power train warranty many other dealerships offer, but was told “no”. So, even though I like my Bronco, and think Frank was a good sales guy to work with, I resent the way this dealership mistreats their customers through this distasteful business practice. Everyone asks me about my new Bronco. Unfortunately, the answer they hear includes this story. More
