I picked a truck out on line the morning of, called agent submitted credit app and copy of license on line to speed up process, I told him i was an hour away, my agent pulled the truck to front and cleaned i submitted credit app and copy of license on line to speed up process, I told him i was an hour away, my agent pulled the truck to front and cleaned it for me. When I arrived my agent told me someone pulled up and saw the truck i was to look at in front of store and told another agent "I want that truck" so when i got there since i didn't put a down payment on it it had sold to the other customer. Very disappointed !! The other agent should have known it was up front for a reason and to at least inquire before he promised it to another customer. Poor customer service if you ask me. Im a loyal customer and have been for years to Ford. More
