I just traded my Explorer for a 2020 Ford Expedition Max and once again, my experience was above par. Tommy B was my sales agent and not pushy in the least bit. He was knowledgeable in the Expedition I had my eyes on and could easily relate to the need for a larger vehicle with a growing family. The process from start to finish was stress free and exactly what I’d hoped for. The best one I have been to, Tim Smith my sales guy is the best! Went to several dealership but since I am new in the country and I am Asian, I was not getting the nice treatment.
