Went into the dealership on 2/12 traded my 2024 king ranch tremor f350 in on a 2024 lariat 250. My salesman was Tommy bolles and my finance manager was noe ponce. Well it was pouring rain that day so the following day I get out in the driveway and check the truck out. The truck had multiple touch up spots on the paint. And I opened the glove box and what do I find? Apex gps tracker information about the tracker installed on the truck. Then I contacted both men via email and phone. I was never responded to until I went to the chief sales operations guy Tony Herrera (which is an awesome guy by the way) he gave me to homero another salesman. (Which was awesome as well) they give me a who new truck. Well after a few days I realized this truck didn't have all the features of the first truck. Also the bed cover had no keys and waited for 2 weeks and still never got them. Well they tried to give me a third truck. Which I was fine with until Mr noe ponce decided to call me yesterday and insisted on calling me "bud" "bro" and was rude saying he didn't know what was going on. So now I'm out of a truck and was given a check for the equity I had in my trade. Basically I wouldn't step near this place to do business with them. And be sure to ask about the gps trackers! Lesson learned! More
