I recently purchased a 2013 Altima from Nissan of Middleburg Heights and the deal involved trading in my 2004 Maxima. Corey Shimmell, the sales consultant, was very knowledgeable of Nissan products Middleburg Heights and the deal involved trading in my 2004 Maxima. Corey Shimmell, the sales consultant, was very knowledgeable of Nissan products and was very professional and courteous throughout negotiations, sale, delivery and after sale support. The team at Nissan of Middleburg Heights gave me a great price for my trade and a substantial discount on the Altima. I would like to mention that Corey has provided exceptional support after the sale including scheduling installation of third party options. I would recommend Corey and Nissan of Middleburg Heights to anyone considering purchasing a Nissan product. More
I have rated this sales person and dealership with high ratings. I have had four Altimas and have been happy and satisfied with the car and the services provided. My wife wanted a new SUV and I decided t ratings. I have had four Altimas and have been happy and satisfied with the car and the services provided. My wife wanted a new SUV and I decided to start looking with her. Naturally, the first place we went to was North Coast Nissan. We never went anywhere else. She was so pleased with the sales people and what they showed her and talked to her about the different cars. We ended up that day purchasing a Nissan Pathfinder. She is so happy and just loves her car. When it is due for service, there is only one place I will take it to and that is North Coast Nissan. Thanks to all the people at North Coast (sales, owners, finance, service). I highly recommend this dealership and will tell all my friends who are looking for a car. I recently purchased a new Nissan from North Coast Nissan. Being my first new car, I was very apprehensive walking into the dealership thinking I would be approached by a “stereotypical car salesman.” Nissan. Being my first new car, I was very apprehensive walking into the dealership thinking I would be approached by a “stereotypical car salesman.” However, I was approached by a friendly, smiling young woman named Jackie Studor who quickly made me feel welcome and very comfortable with the whole car buying experience. As a woman, it was definitely nice to work with another woman who was not just trying to sell me on a payment, or the car that would make the dealership the most money. I think Jackie really deserves a pat on the back for going out of her way to make me feel comfortable and assuring me that the folks at North Coast Nissan would help me not only with the purchase of my car but the service and maintenance for the years following. After I purchased my car, I took it in for an oil change and I could not have been more impressed with the Service department at North Coast! Everyone was very polite and answered all of my questions regarding future maintenance. It is very rare to find a car dealership like North Coast Nissan, I have and will continue to recommend them to all of my friends and family. More

Have bought a couple cars from these guys and until recently they have been on the level. I have a 2005 Altima that is very clean with the exception of rotting floor boards on passenger and drivers sid recently they have been on the level. I have a 2005 Altima that is very clean with the exception of rotting floor boards on passenger and drivers side which was just discovered (65k miles, bought car 2 yrs ago with 30k). After having 3 body shops inspect they all agreed that it is a drainage issue/ design flaw and that this is very unusual for such a new and clean car. In any case I brought it in to dealership and the service advisor said and I quote "I feel bad but cannot help you because Nissan will not cover". He further went on to say "they probably built it with cheap sheet metal" and that "I know it's xxxxxxxx and I appreciate you not being a bigger xxxxx about it". Was then referred to Nissan corporate which initially denied claim then came back and had me take time off to get quote and came back again saying there was nothing they could do (about a month worth of back and forth). Bottom line, Nissan and the dealer do not stand behind their product and so there is little incentive to purchase another one going forward. Surprises me that they would let a customer go over what would be a relatively small amount to them, little under $1300 cost to me. Not to mention the $1600 or so I paid for the extended warranty that covers everything except what goes wrong! More
