Hello Janet, First off, I'd like to apologize that we did not live up to your expectations here at Airport Marina Honda; 100% customer satisfaction is always our goal, though sometimes we're not able to meet every customer's expectations. In this specific case, I told you as clearly as I could on the phone that I absolutely could NOT hold any vehicle that is advertised online. I asked that you give us a day that you could come to the dealership, and you picked this Sunday. I also stated that we had other appointments on the vehicle between that call and Sunday, and IF it was still available on Sunday before you came in, we would hold it for you *for the amount of time it would take for you to get to the dealership*. The moment the vehicle was sold this morning, we called to let you know, but at no time did we claim to "hold" it for you. All that said, we do not wish to leave any customer with a bad impression in dealing with our store. If you purchased a nonrefundable airline ticket, or tickets, we want to help. Please reach out to our General Manager, Brian Twoomey, on Monday, at 310-649-2440. If we don't hear from you on this matter, Brian will call you himself on Tuesday.
