If you need Specific info: keep away from the Assistant Sales Manager, Rafael Aguirre. On February 13, 2020 I went to this establishment to purchase a car. I was already financed through my bank before I came to Airport Marina Honda and found a couple cars that I liked online. Although I communicated with a salesman named William, I was transferred to a salesman named Fidel because William was busy. Both of these gentlemen were kind to me. Fidel worked with me for about an hour on finding a car that I’d like and we test drove a 2016 Honda Civic EX-T. I fell in love with the car and had enough financing to get it so I was ready to get the ball rolling. The problem arose when they wanted to know how much I was financed for. I refused to give them the max amount and told them that my bank works with their dealership to be able to fast track the money to them. We were trying to get the numbers right (I’m not a fan of being overcharged or having premium accessories that they deem “necessary” added to my total) This is where the rude xxx manager, Rafael comes into the picture. FROM THE MOMENT HE MET ME, he had an attitude. I told Fidel that I did not want to work with Rafael because he had poor customer service and seem like he didn’t really want to work with me in the first place. After getting the required paperwork for my bank to officially loan me the money, Rafael decided that HE did not want to do the fast track option with my bank although the option was available and left my bank representatives confused and told me that I would have to go to the bank to pick up the check. At this time it was around 3:30. In order for me to pick up the check from my bank, they had to print a purchase order for me. It took them OVER AN HOUR to print the purchase order! Finally at 4:55 it’s printed and I rush half a mile away through traffic to get to the bank. They were closing because it was 5pm but accommodated me (I really love them!). I came back to the dealership and handed Fidel the check. He came back with a form to run my credit and said I had to fill it out so they know who I am. I refused. I wasn’t allowing them to run my credit when I have a valid government issued drivers license. Because I wouldn’t allow them to run my credit through their banks, Rafael came over, handed me my check and told me that I could no longer buy the car because someone else was there to purchase the vehicle. My ride had left me there because Fidel told both of us that they were washing the car and getting the rest of the paperwork together for me. So at this point, I had been at the dealership for 6 hours, had my bank print out a check made to Airport Marina Honda which meant I had to void the entire loan, I was temporarily stranded and I was leaving without a car. The entire time they are telling me how it’s legal because they are ran by lawyers. Legal? possibly. Ethical? NOT! But there is a silver lining. The very next day, I found the same car at another dealership except it was a year newer with only 11k miles on it. I financed the same amount as I would’ve with this place. So maybe this was the universe telling me that the unethical acts of this dealership were a blessing. Regardless, I wouldn’t even recommend this place to my enemy. F*xx them. More

Sales manger Bijan -was rude, arrogant and disrespectful I was looking to buy a certified used car and had picked one that I liked. After negotiating and settled with sales price and to trade in value for my old car, it was getting very late and wanted to think about it and decided to return the next day. However, when I returned the next day I was informed by Fidel that they are going to offer us half the price than what was agreed on yesterday for the trade in car. When I asked him why Fidel stated that that was the sales managers decision. I told Fidel that this was not a good business practice and I will not recommend this dealership. Fidel said he will talk to his sales manager about my feeling. A few minutes later Bijan, the sales manger came and acted very disrespectful, rude and arrogant. I have purchased a new car from this same dealership few years ago and from many other ones. I have never been treated like this before. Bijan was unprofessional and very who lacks basic customer skills. More

Extremely disappointed!!! This dealership gets no stars for me whatsoever! They are the absolute worst for business dealing and I will never do business with them ever again! What a humongous disappointment I have for this company! I found a car from them online since I don't live in the area and I already had my loan ready and beachside they are part of the CUDL network it would be an easy process, so I started the buying process on Friday and bought a flight on Sunday morning to fly down and pick it up, everything was good to go by Friday night and today, Saturday, we get a call that they sold the car to someone else! What?! I put all my paperwork thru already the previous day, it would have technically been sold to me, this dealership is the biggest rip off ever! I have dealt with other dealerships in the area and they have never given me an issue with buying a vehicle over the phone when I had my loan ready! I wouldn't trust this dealership, their sales team, their internet sales team with a ten foot pole! The people I dealt with were Valoo, Lilibeth, and Brian, they turned out to be a bunch of the biggest liars and really screwed us! What a freakin joke this place is!! This has been the most Disappointing experience I have ever had in buying a car! I wasn’t going to put any stars but this won’t let me post without one. More

As soon as i get there she ask me to recommended service which is very costly but i refused to do I thought to do only oil change as it required on my dash board. After i refused Service adviser (Danielle Juarez) totally behave me rudely and said will do only oil change i said please than i waited for so long no body call me as my car done. i went to see if it's done or not i found i was done so quick but they wanted me to wait. Finally i went to desk and paid for my bill than i asked her Can i get form that is shows multi inspection done, Normally every Honda dealer do and give form but again she said I have to pay $140. She was like do you want to pay or leave right now that's your car key. I was totally shocked What kind of behavior is this. No matter what I never recommend to anyone to go there for any reason. It was taken off the day i got there to buy the car. I call costco to confirm it they told me. And then i see that i already pay for gap coverage with my insirance company so i call them to cancel it on their end they say they will email me the paper work so i can get started on it since im so far away but never send the email i get a call back from Raphael saying he couldn't have gotten the deal without the gap insurance or the extra honda care they added without telling me btw until it was time to fill out the paperwork i was there for ever already waiting for something to happen i didnt want to wait any longer. So i signed the papers and got the car. Well today i get a call from raphael saying if i cancel the gap and honda care i have to give my car back. Like im some kinda fool. He tries to intimidate me into not canceling it but because of the way he talked down to me just now i will be coming up there to see him face to face . Mike acosta was a good guy who did his job well but i will not be threatened and i know my rights if i dont need it i can cancel it the car has gap through my insurance and im not paying for 2 of them so it has to go. I am never doing business with them again after this. Fool tried me. More

Brian Twoomey ( General D Mgr. ) provided fair pricing for the cars that I was interested in. Salesman Mike Acosta is an outstanding listener and provided key comments that really helped make my decision a comfortable and pleasant one. Finance Mgr. Jay Felix made the job of the contract signing a real joy, his personality made this usual ( unpleasant ) part of buying a car, a real joy.
