I purchased a 2005 Honda Civic from them a year and a half ago. I knew purchasing a used vehicle would come with issues but it has been major issue after major issue starting no later than 3 months and has been continual since then. I knew I was buying the car "As-is" but believed that buying a used Honda from a dealership I had already bought 2 cars from previously would be my safest bet. I was completely wrong. A car I paid them 10,000 dollars for has needed over 10,000 dollars worth of work since then, with no end in sight. Inevitably when I asked them to purchase it back, because this "reliable Honda" I had purchased to get my son back and forth to school (Approximately 15 miles round trip) (Not expecting to get any where near what I paid for it), I was ignored. Shame on Brian Twoomey and Airport Marina Honda! Do not give them any of your money and if you do, don't make the mistake I did and think they will stand behind what they sell. More
I am writing to share my experience and share my my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the utterly appalling service I experienced during my recent service appointment at your dealership profound disappointment and frustration regarding the utterly appalling service I experienced during my recent service appointment at your dealership today October 14, 2023. I was called and advised that my car was ready for pickup today, but the entire ordeal turned into a nightmare due to the incompetence and negligence displayed by your staff from both Sales and Service. Once I got the call, I sent my porter to pick up the vehicle, to have my employee to be told the vehicle was not there. After 14 mins of back and forth with the Front Desk Agent via my employee putting me on speaker, I decided to CLOSE and leave my business to figure out what is going on with my vehicle. Upon arriving, there was only 1 person available to assist literally 7 people waiting. This ordeal lasted from 1:25PM to 4:36PM while the Honda staff disappointingly tried located my vehicle. To add, I was shocked to hear on several occasions from Mark B., Sales Managers, Front Desk Associate and several porters that my car was NOT located at your dealership. It is incomprehensible to me that a dealership of your stature could misplace a customer's vehicle. I was left waiting for three excruciating hours, patiently I might add, because if I were to make a scene, I would be at fault, which only added to my anxiety and frustration. To compound matters, as soon as you pull into the service department, violà my car is sitting right in the front, 2nd car from the left. It is utterly unimaginable how NO ONE just said, give me a second, let me check the lot to see if the car was is there, BEFORE telling a customer it is NOT. How do you think I feel, knowing I trusted a Honda Dealership with my 2022 Honda Accord and they say to you, "your car is not here" and the vehicle is sitting right in the front, how? It was until I had to go back to my office, grab the spare key, come back, pull the service tag from the vehicle, and threaten to take the vehicle that it was finally located and then, add insult injury, pay for the wrong service. Furthermore, during this clusterf*, I discovered my vehicle suffered damage while in your possession, which I am sure, no one even knew because "the car was never there". I would come to expect the condition in which my car was dropped off, would be returned in same condition when it was received. My vehicle was far from satisfactory and has left me deeply aggrieved, angry and out of profit due to loss of use related your dealerships inability to properly safeguard my asset. It is inconceivable that a routine service appointment could result in my car being mishandled to the point of sustaining damage. As a loyal customer who has entrusted Airport Marina Honda with vehicle purchasing (we have purchased 2 cars from AMH and had an appointment for a lease return and purchase tomorrow at 11:30AM) and servicing needs, I expected a level of professionalism, competence, and care for my property. Unfortunately, this experience has shattered my confidence in your dealership and severely impacted my opinion of your dealership's standards. Do Better! This is not the way you take care of business. More

I went in today to look at cars. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Fidel awesome person. Great sales skills, but when it came to speaking to Carlos. The sales manager He tells me this car is seven hundred dollar A month and I said, okay I go but I'm not paying that price. He comes back and tells me well. We don't negotiate here. He got up and walked away from me so I did the same. I thank Fidel for his great service. I had just finished telling my sales person I live in Glendale. I passed up 3 different Honda dealers but I came to this specific dealer because of a Capital 1 promo they had I'm surprised this dealer is still in business. Very little inventory and with sales managers like this, no wonder they're empty. More
