I do not like buying cars and in the past have had several unpleasant experiences so my expectations for this trip were not high. This dealer was one of very few to answer an e-mail inquiry, and they did so in a very timely manner. I was pleasntly surprised when I walked in to the Airport Honda Dealer. From our first exchange to the last they were calm, professional,curtious and reasonable. We gave them a difficurt task to find two vehicles in two different colors, one of which was in very short supply. They went out of their way to accomidate us and even went to the trouble to drive a long distance to retrieve and deliver one of the vehicles late at night. Missing was the usual game of disapearing for long periods to "talk things over with a superior." Prior to coming in we had two quotes and confirmed the price before we arrived. At no time was there any attempt to raise the cost with items we did not want although they did offer extras. If you must by a car I can reccomend this dealership with great confidence. More
