I had the best experience yesterday at this dealership. They were professional, exceptionally friendly, and they exceeded my expectations. Wendell, Amir, Alvin, Gregory, Ali, and Jay, you know what customer service is and made what could have been a painful experience, a delight; I walked out with exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. I do not like buying cars and in the past have had several unpleasant experiences so my expectations for this trip were not high. This dealer was one of very few to answer an e-mail inquiry, and they did so in a very timely manner. I was pleasntly surprised when I walked in to the Airport Honda Dealer. From our first exchange to the last they were calm, professional,curtious and reasonable. We gave them a difficurt task to find two vehicles in two different colors, one of which was in very short supply. They went out of their way to accomidate us and even went to the trouble to drive a long distance to retrieve and deliver one of the vehicles late at night. Missing was the usual game of disapearing for long periods to "talk things over with a superior." Prior to coming in we had two quotes and confirmed the price before we arrived. At no time was there any attempt to raise the cost with items we did not want although they did offer extras. If you must by a car I can reccomend this dealership with great confidence. More

We were having trouble finding the van we wanted, but Dan and his employees worked tirelessly until they could secure the right vehicle for us. I have recommended this dealership to many friends and family members. I display their license plate holder with pride because I want to advertise for them. I purchased a new Honda at Airport Marina Honda, they were fantastic! Everyone was friendly without being pushy, which was very refreshing. The experience was so easy, they treat their customers with respect. From the salesmen to the General Manager, their staff is the best. I have never done a review or survey for any business but i just had to this time. We have had several issues with our honda but it always seemed to be a dealer issue. My husband and I decided to sell our honda but something still needed to be fixed so we took it into airport marina honda. We had the same issue as befor and now the car is out of warranty. I asked for the manager and to my suprise they have a new General Manager Dan Theroux and new Service Director MIke Sharble. These guy's care! I must say the whole team at airport marina has changed. That was the worst experience I have ever had. The customer service was really bad. They are all liers. Never ever trust anything they say. The manager was really rude. Mike S the internet manager said to let him know what price it would take to do a deal. I offered him $300 less than the lowest I received and he said we had a deal. Notice how he slipped in a "my fee of $1500" "have to trade for the polished metal.....not a problem. Your breakdown is: $19500 vehicle, $1906.61 tax (l.a. county), $55 doc. fee, lic/reg./tire fee $348.15 and my fee of $1500. Your out the door price is just $23,310.36 This is for a 2010 Accord LX...MSRP of $22565. See you in an hour!" Avoid this place at all costs. More
I laid all my cards out on the table. Nothing down, trade-in. They said come on in and we can make that make. I sent an email with all calculated figures. I have a 630 FICA. Was completely appauled by their APR which must has been 33.86. I did some figures on edmunds payment calculator. Also they wanted $3000 down too. Payments in the neighborhood of 724.55 for 72 months on a $18500 Accord LX. They undervalued my trade-in by $2000. Just a truly awful experience. Unless you are willing to pay cash outright you are wasting your time here. They're straight up swindlers. Worst car buying experience I've ever had. I thought in a down economy people would want to sell cars, this place is like a slum lord. Even worse they're intial offer was less they came back and made it more. More
