I am always blown away by the spectacular service I get from Rahi in the service department. He always has a smile, can answer all my questions, and more importantly makes me feel very fortunate that I ow from Rahi in the service department. Alvin is THE man. No not "the man" you slave away at work for everyday, but the man that can hook it up! All the salespeople at the other Honda dealerships were yanking me around, feeding me a whole ton of B for everyday, but the man that can hook it up! All the salespeople at the other Honda dealerships were yanking me around, feeding me a whole ton of BS about how Civic Si's are going to be collector cars and that the going rate for them was 2k over sticker, but not Alvin. I emailed him and he said "I'll give you an Si coupe with navigation at invoice." Thats it! End of story! No gimmicks! He didn't make any optional accessories "standard features," like some other guys do, so they can trick you into buying them. He is extremely honest, upfront, and all business. If you want to get your car on the cheap, and the paperwork done in a little over an hour, give Alvin a call or drop him an email; he'll hook it up! The check engine light came on my 2008 Honda. Larry Palmer found the gas cap loose and had his mechanic reset the computor for me at no charge. Finally a dealer that doesn't rip you off! I always dread going to buy or lease a car. I feel like all the dealers are dishonest and try to trick you with circle talk and playing the old "4 box game"... In the past all dealers would give me stupid starting prices and speak to me as if I were ignorant. Airport Marina Honda was super direct, easy and gave me what I ask for. I am a first time car buyer and my experience with Alvin was very good. He made sure he took his time and was as detailed as possible when it came to explaining the terms and conditions of the contract and was very good. He was very personable and never gave me the feeling that he was only interested in making a sale. He was definitely not pushy and that made a world of difference in the experience.
