I started off working with a few other dealerships near my home in Hollywood and was very disillusioned, by how poor the service was. (No call backs- unprofessional and rude) Luckily, I called Alvin at Ai my home in Hollywood and was very disillusioned, by how poor the service was. (No call backs- unprofessional and rude) Luckily, I called Alvin at Airport Marina Honda and was reminded of what Great customer service is! He got right back to me, gave me a great price and worked to track down the color we wanted from another dealer. Once he got the car for us, he took the time to review all the features and ensured this was the right car for us. Alvin should actually teach a class in customer service. We'll definitely be going back to him for our next car. More
I stated my overall experience as just good, thought everyone I worked with was extremely nice and courteous, because of the hassle of purchasing a car. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and a great quality and quantity of cars. When purchasing a car was not working out for me because of the prices they were quoting me, they offered a lease on a brand new car and made it work. I thought we had agreed and when I sat down to look over the prices, the numbers seemed much higher. This rubbed me the wrong way and I walked. I was not happy so I decided to write to the GM and he promptlly contacted me. He got my version of the events and made the deal that I thought I had initially agreed to happen. With that I was completely statified. he even called me the day after my purchase to make sure I was still satisfied and that if I needed anything else, to contact him directly. I would recommend this dealership, you just might have to make yourself heard if you're not happy. More

The only thing I needed then was to to into the dealership to decide on a color and sign the paperwork. He was patient with me and reviewed my options on color - I made a choice - he went and got the car - I signed the paperwork while they filled it with gas and gave it a wash. A little over an hour and a half at the dealer (no negotiation - just color choice, financing paperwork, and safety features) and I drove off in my brand new Civic! More

I had one unbeleivable Positive experience at this Honda Dealership that shocked me to the core because I did not expect it. I met with Mr. Alvin Benjamin around the Mid October 2010 to get help for the pu Dealership that shocked me to the core because I did not expect it. I met with Mr. Alvin Benjamin around the Mid October 2010 to get help for the purchase of my 2010 Honda Element 4WD,EX Model with Navigation. I was very specific about buying the mentioned model in Silver color. There was only 2 of that very specific car in that specific color and features in the entire state of California. Honda finished the completion of 2010 Elements, and no more of those were to be produced or even currently in production, and the worse news was that Honda STOPPED the Navigation features on 2011 Element models. I visited a couple of other dealerships before I met with Alvin and no other one cared to share that info with me even though I persistently asked for it. In other words, there only chance I had was to buy one of those two available units or else there was no more 4WD elements with Navigation to be produced ever. This great gentleman Mr. Alvin Benjamin took his time and digged all this info for me as I was with him, and he made so many phone calls, and he put a lot of efforts into finding my very specific car. finally, he noticed that he was not able to trade in any cars with either of the other two dealerships to get me my car on time before it was too late and understanding how important it was for me to get this car, he provided me with contact information of the delaerships so I could get my car as quickly as possible. I contacted one of the 2 dealerships the same day and gave them my credit application over the phone and the next day, I drove there and got my car. Mr Alvin did not make any commission on this sale, but he cared for me so much that he did this for me. In other words, this reveals the character of this great man. I assure you, that I never forget what he did for me. That is why I wanted to share my experience with you so that you may get the benefit of dealing with Mr Alvin Benjamin when you are out there to buy a car. More
Every experience I had dealing with Mr. Omine was excellent. He was very helpful, he thoroughly, explained every situation dealing with my vehicle, and he always called and kept me updated with the p excellent. OMG! Rodger is so good to me; everytime I bring my car in, he always stop what he is doing to assist me. He takes time to really give my car a good look over and what ever is wrong with my car, he lets me in, he always stop what he is doing to assist me. When I give him the ok too fix what is wrong, he lets me know when it will be ready, and it is usually on time if not before, my car has never been late in being ready. On the days I cannot wait for my car, he makes sure I am able to get back and forth to work or to a meeting, he makes eveything convenient for me. What I love the most, he is very honest about the repairs that are needed on my car. (some dealers lie just to make money, they tell you things are wrong when really there not). Well, Rodger is not like that, he will always say if it aint broke don't fix it, lets just fix what's broken. Rodger never allows my car to leave until he is satisfied that everything that needed to be done to my car is done and the car is running the way it's suppose to. The prices seem to be fair, I have know real complaints about anything. Everyone at Airport Marina Honda, I Just love, everyone there treat you like family, they care about you and the safety of your car; they even make sure the have donuts for you while waiting for your car. Just so you know, I'm planning on getting the Honda Crosstour next year when I'm able to save for it, from Airport Marina Honda. I've been a customer to AMH for about 4 or 5 years, and Rodger has been working on my car every since. Thank you Rodger for being so good too me! More
I needed my wife's fit serviced before I picked her up at the airport. Being the procrastinator that I am, I waited to the last minute to get it done. Needless to say I was behind the 8 ball because I needed the airport. Being the procrastinator that I am, I waited to the last minute to get it done. Needless to say I was behind the 8 ball because I needed to pick her up within two hours. I talked to a service guy named Scott Greenberg who helped explain what service "A" was and made sure that the service would be completed before my wife's plane arrived. Great job, the service was done, the car was washed and I was off to the airport. Thanks Scott Fred More
I always receive exceptional service when I take my car to Airport Marina Honda. Though my car is a Toyota, I am always welcomed with no issues at all by Roger. Scott is very friendly and professional. He worked with our budget to repair the most pressing issues first and handle the remainder of the work on another visit.
