I recently had extensive (bad) experience with Airport Marina Honda. I had made a TrueCar search for a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring. After re-confirming the price with the Internet Sales Manager via -mail, Marina Honda. I had made a TrueCar search for a 2012 Honda Odyssey Touring. After re-confirming the price with the Internet Sales Manager via -mail, phone and text I came in to buy the car. Once there, they proceeded to offer to sell a lesser model for the agreed price, and raised the price on the model I had come to buy by $4,000, What is really aggravating is that I drove 90 minutes and they made me wait more than an hour.They sent in what must have been a senior sales person, Chris Debonnet, who tried to show me fancy math about the payment is the same (duh, yes but its 2 more years of paying). Really slimy. I got a better deal and no hassle from another dealer. More
made my service appointment on line & i came Sept. 18 as scheduled. Thanks to service advisor Dawn Perlingiero excellent assistance. Got my tpms sensor light fixed due to tpms sensor assembly malfunctio as scheduled. Thanks to service advisor Dawn Perlingiero excellent assistance. Got my tpms sensor light fixed due to tpms sensor assembly malfunction after using an emergency aerosol tire inflator. i'm very much confident knowing they have the high standard instruments to deal with the problem. Overall charges was reasonable enough. Safety recall inspection was also performed free of charge. it was a relaxing time and a good experience being a client of Airport Marina Honda. More
I am from out of state and have taken my vehicle to AMH 4 times as I am limited on time for service. Battery issue the first visit, since it was replaced under warranty there is no warranty, I purchased from times as I am limited on time for service. Third visit, brakes makeing a pulsation sound. Service Advisor replaces front brakes. Fourth visit, brakes still making pulsation sound as did on third visit. Went for a test drive with service tech, he knows what it is, rear brakes. Had the repair approved, waited while vehicle was being serviced and asked to see Service Manager upon arrival. Waitd for about two hours, vehicle completed and no response from the SMgr. I pay for service, who shows up, the SMgr. Hi really didn't give a SH** as I did not immediately contact the dealership after the third visit and the repairs were not completed satisfactorily. Good Bue Airport Marina Honda! More

Elaine was a very pleasant and helpful. She had a great knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in. She was very caring and made our shopping for a car a delightful experience. Terry and Lydan were also a pleasure. They worked very hard I believe to get us the best possible deal. They were attentive and caring they offered us coffee, gave us the time to talk among ourselves and to make up our own minds. The overall experience was a great one. I contacted the dealer through the Honda America website. Alvin Benjamin replied by email within a hour. He then telephoned me to introduce himself. I gave him the description of the vehicle I was seeking to purchase; Homda Pilot EX, with specific accessories. He promptly replied via email with the price of the vehicle plus an itemitzed listing of the accessories and their prices. I checked with four other dealers online. One invited me to visit their showroom to discuss my purchase. This is exactly what I wanted to avoid. Two others were well out of the price range when compared to Mr. Benjamin's quote. Also, two others questioned why I wanted a certain accessory on my Pilot. One dealer's representative didn't appear to be familiar with the accessory I wanted. Over all my experience with Airport Marina Honda was exceptional. I credit that to Mr. Benjamin. He was concerned about my needs. He presented all of the details of the transaction. He is extremely pleasant to work with; very efficient. He did not try to sell me something I didn't want. Along with that the pricing was very competitive. More
AWFUL!!! Lies, lies, and ATTITUDE! While they're do seem to be about 2 friendly and courteous people at this dealership, we of course got the nastiest woman. She never knew what was happen. It was always just 1 more hour, then definitely tomorrow, then definitely in a couple of days. And we're from out of town and just off a 12 hour flight. We waited all day in the waiting room and they hadn't even looked at our car by the time they closed! So we had to spend the night. Then when we got to the dealership we were told we would have to stay another or rent a car to drive 3 1/2 hours home!? This is the worst service I've ever had at an auto mechanic and especially at a dealership!! More

When my girlfriend's car finally died I knew that I would have to drive her around a bit, but I shuddered when she mentioned car shopping. We quickly found a model that she liked and then spent a couple hours discussing color; he made my part of this situation easy. I look forward to doing business with Harold in the future, this man had the patience of a saint. More
