Dishonest dealership still hasn’t reimbursed me for a rental from 2 months ago. Communication is poor and the manager Leonard never picks up or calls back. This will be dealt with through Ford Corporate as this is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with. Why are they dishonest? In a previous call with Ford corporate the advisor claimed I needed to turn over the invoice. Problem is I did this about a month ago. Beware If you are asked to pay upfront for a rental. You may get the run around and get ghosted. More
What is the point of an appointment? This is the second time I have been turned away after making an appointment with this dealership. The first time, I made an appointment with their online scheduling system, described my issue and confirmed my date. When I arrived I was informed hastily that the work I had requested could only be completed during the week. I had had this appointment scheduled for two weeks yet no contact was made informing me of this limitation. My appointment for today was made over the phone with the idea that, if work could not be performed on my desired day, maybe they would tell me. Guess not. I showed up early in the morning hoping to get my windshield wipers fixed and was prepared to leave the car 3 to 4 days for completion of the work. When I arrived I was told it would be a week or more due to a large backlog of other cars. However they did not inform me because my appointment was so early in the morning. They had me drive there, wasting my time because they did not call me to let me know that they were slammed with other work. I would like to reiterate that my wipers Do. Not. Work. It is raining in LA and dangerous for me to drive like this. The service adviser I spoke to had the nerve to suggest I "just wait" since "we are at the tail end of the season". Not true. And I don't use my wipers just for rain either. I asked if there was anything I could do to make it easier, for example, dropping it off closer to when they were finished with their backlog. That doesn't work either apparently. Then the service advisor suggested that he wasn't even sure he could warranty it for me, implying that I was not willing to pay for the work. NEVER did I say I wanted this to be warrantied. The issue is obviously a software one and as an individual, I do not have access to Ford's proprietary codes. If I did, I could fix this is less time it would take the service advisor to make another snide remark. I'm not coming here again. Clearly they don't need my business since they have enough easier work that it's not worth their time. More
Great attention they were very interested in what my needs were my price points and what I wanted in a car. Prayer to have such a positive experience with a car dealership.
