In the past, I have been a proponent for never taking your car to a dealership. I felt the price for parts and labor were to high and the service was full of shiesty up-selling. However, when I bought my car I purchased the Ford Guard service. Due to my own misunderstanding of how the service worked, I was unsatisfied with the results. With that, I complained to the service manager. It is obvious that he puts forth a lot of effort to keep Ford’s customers happy. In addition to telling me how sorry he was I misunderstood what I was getting with the Ford Guard and thoroughly explaining the service for future visits, he had the job re-done to my original expectation. Since then I have brought my car in for other services. I have had the pleasure to work with each of the service advisors and have felt they have dealt with me fairly and honestly, giving me options and explaining the reasons behind their findings. Additional kudos to the service manager and his team for their diligent follow-up in my satisfaction for services performed. I definitely recommend Airport Marina Ford. This is one of the few places where you just feel good doing business. You can’t put a price tag on that. More

I took my 2008 f150 in for 45000 mile service cost 109.00 I purchased my own oil and filter they rotated my tires and failed to high speed balance them. While driving home from the service department my rea I purchased my own oil and filter they rotated my tires and failed to high speed balance them. While driving home from the service department my rear passenger tire started wobbling due to the service technicians failure to torque the wheel onto the truck putting myself, family and others life in danger. Poor service department I will not be returning and would not recommend anyone else that dealership. More

I have been working with Robert Juarez for many years now and the service has been great. My previous mechanic was unable to diagnose my problems properly and I continued to have problems with my vehicle. and the service has been great.
