I walked in with low expectations this morning. I thought it would be like all other visits to a dealer. From the moment I spoke to Alex he was optimistic and truely made me feel like I'd be leaving happy to it would be like all other visits to a dealer. From the moment I spoke to Alex he was optimistic and truely made me feel like I'd be leaving happy today. As soon as I arived Demetrio greeted me and made me feel comfortable. We had great small talk that helped the already short visit feel even quicker. I gave them exactly what I was looking for and boy! DID THEY DELIVER! They have exceeded all my expectations and saying that I have left happy is an understatement! Im dumbfounded. Airport Marina Ford is the only place I will recommend others too purchase their car. WATCH OUT FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY ADD ON EXTRA WATCH OUT FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY ADD ON EXTRA FEES AND COST. FIRST, THEY HAD THE CAR PRICED ONLINE FOR $18K AND TOLD US IT WAS $23K. ONCE THE WATCH OUT FOR THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!! THEY ADD ON EXTRA FEES AND COST. FIRST, THEY HAD THE CAR PRICED ONLINE FOR $18K AND TOLD US IT WAS $23K. ONCE THE PRICE WAS CLEARED UP I WAS READY TO MOVE ON AND LET THAT GO. SECOND,THE TOTAL LOAN AMOUT WAS NOT MAKING SENSE. I WAS PUTTING 5K DOWN. I COULDN'T FIGUER OUT WHY THE LOAN AMOUT WAS STILL HIGH. I KEEP ASKING THE MANAGER WHY THE LOAN AMOUNT WAS SO HIGH. THE SALES MANAGER, ALEX, DID NOT WANT TO TELL ME AND WAS RUDE ABOUT TAKING THE TIME TO BREAK DOWN THE LOAN AMOUNT. FINALLY, HE DID AND THATS WHEN WE FOUND OUT THEY WERE ADDING ON EXTRAS. WELL, THEY ADDED A $2,500 EXTENED WARENTY THAT WE DIDN'T ASK FOR AND TRYED TO PASS IT OFF LIKE IT CAME WITH THE CAR. AND, $3,200 GAP INSURANCE THAT WE DIDN'T ASK FOR.ONCE WE SAID WE DIDN'T WANT EITHER OF THOSE ITEMS HE GOT UPSET. OH WELL, THE CAR CAN SIT THERE ANOTHER 30 DAYS, LET SOMEONE ELSE BE SUCKA!! THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER CARS OUT HERE TO GET STUCK ON ONE. More

I couldn't rate this dealership high enough!!! Gary was friendly, knowledgeable, and by far the best service adviser I have ever come across. I felt so comfortable with the approach I added a few extra services (fuel filter & rear brakes) just because I wanted to give my business to them. I had been using Santa Monica Ford but felt like I was just another dollar bill to them and they lacked appreciation of my business. If you are looking for the best you have found it with Airport Marina Ford. Service was quick, waiting area was clean & comfortable, and the entire staff makes you feel welcome. This is an example of a well managed and staffed establishment. I can't wait for my next round of services. It makes you feel good to give your money to well deserving people and dealerships. The service representative rode with me in the car to listen to the sound I had come to complain about. He offered me The Works package for the price of an oil change, which I accepted. The receptionist turned on the television and set it to a channel to entertain my friend and I while we waited. In addition, Marina Ford provided a car wash free of charge when they heard me mention I needed to go get a car wash somewhere. Everything was hassle-free and easy. I regularly return to Marina to get service work done. I wouldn't go anywhere else. More

Airport Marina Ford stands out as being better than 3 other Ford dealers I've gone to (1 in Connecticut, 2 in the greater Los Angeles area). When I first took my Explorer to Airport Marina Ford for service in February 2007, I was warmly greeted by Mr. Robert Juarez. I quickly became a loyal customer and he has been my Service Advisor ever since -- for over 4 years now. Throughout my most recent service visit on 7-7-2011, I have only the very best things to say about Mr. Juarez. He is sincere, knowledgeable, helpful, personable, courteous, and great at answering questions. It is a relief to be able to delegate the care of my Explorer to Mr. Juarez because I know that the maintenance will be done correctly and any needed repairs will be done right the first time. More
