Lack of courteous professional accommodating customer service. Have experienced complication after complication after endless complication with this location along with miscommunication/lack of communica service. Experienced being hung up the phone when I’ve asked for manager/supervisor. Voicemails not being responded to leading having to call back numerous times. Mileage for car service documented incorrectly. Incapability of taking accountability. After further research, this location has numerous complaints against all departments. Would highly recommend taking any kind of business else where. More
Service department needs a crash course on customer service. I made an appointment for a time and day and showed up 7am as requested by Ricardo Hernandez. He tells me no mechanic to work on my vehicle today. He had my information but no call from him to reschedule. Hie new the day before that the mechanic was going to be absent from work but did nothing to inform me the customer.. No apologies or incentive for me to go back..If I new the poor reviews they get I would have gone to another Ford service department. I wasted the whole morning with this. One phone call to me and this could have been avoided. More
Anthony was amazing. I was in a bad accident, totaling my work vehicle. I went in the following week and could not have been happier with the service and attentiveness of Anthony. I'm still pretty beat up from the accident (broken nose, fractured ribs & sternum, punctured lungs and lots of bruises). Before coming in, he communicated via email to see what they had available before even coming into the dealership. When we came in, he made everything as easy as possible to look at vehicles and get through the process in a decent amount of time so I didn't have to sit too long. I ended up buying a brand new van so I can have it built out for work and while I'm healing. Anthony made everything seamless, even personally dropping my van off since I'm on medical no driving orders. I can't wait to get back on the road and get back to my business as soon as possible in my new and safer vehicle. Thank you! More

I brought my car in on a 7:00am reservation and asked for an a regular service, oil change etc and then asked them to find out what is rattling in the passenger door. I told them I needed the car by 1:30 and when I came for it the regular service was done, which I paid for but the rattle which is under the bummer to bummer warranty hadn't been looked at. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another reservation at 7:00am to have the rattle looked at and when I came to pick it up at 5:00pm they had not had a chance to look at it!!!!!!!!!! What difference does a reservation make it they are going to take every paying customer before they do anything under warranty?? Then it took them 40 minutes to let me know that and find my car on the lot. I work in Culver City but leave near Pasadena, so instead of getting home at 5:30, I got home at 7:00 with nothing to show for it!!! More

There was a small body work damage in front of the car and was told to go to their recommended collision center. When I picked up the car it had been fixed free of charge!
