I went into this Ford dealership close to closing time on a Friday (a jerk move on my part) but was warmly welcomed by literally every staff member. We were lucky enough to be helped by Anthony, who took the a Friday (a jerk move on my part) but was warmly welcomed by literally every staff member. We were lucky enough to be helped by Anthony, who took the time to explain literally every option we had on the lot because I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted. I was down to two options and he and his team worked with me to figure out the best option. We closed literally 2 hours after closing, and Anthony still took the time to sit in the car with us and go over every aspect of the car and show me all of the things the car could do - something I didn’t even know I needed because there were so many great features to the car that I would have never known. He had a family to go home to and already had my check yet wanted to make sure I knew everything there was to know about the car, and even asked if it would be okay if he followed up with me in a few days to make sure I was happy. I’d been shopping around all day for a car and Anthony & his team were the only ones who were actually fun to work with, I didn’t feel pressured or taken advantage of and I’m really happy with the car and deal they gave me. From start to finish everyone we worked with (Anthony, his boss, Tom in finance) were warm and friendly, even though I was taking up their Friday night. Cant recommend this team enough. More

I was brought into this dealership on false pretense. I received a letter from Capital One saying I was pre approved for 38000 car loan. Being optimistic I called the number on the letter which directed me received a letter from Capital One saying I was pre approved for 38000 car loan. Being optimistic I called the number on the letter which directed me to the Ford Dealership. After speaking their their Capital one rep at the dealership, she expressed to me that this was a official pre approval loan and all I needed to do was submit my online credit application and after t hat she would contact me back on what to do. Well Later that afternoon she said I was approved and will need to bring my ID, check stub and sign, then I will drive off with the 2018 car I selected. So I made my appointment to speed up this process as I was in pain from getting out of the hospital. However once I got to the dealership there was no approval and they ran my credit again over and over again. They actual ran my credit again as I write this complaint. I am furious about this and this MUST BE CORRECTED by either of the following. Either they remove ALL 5 hard inquires from my credit report or they give me the car I wanted with zero down and no more than 500 monthly car payment. They have broken the law by running my credit without my authorization. I authorized them to check my credit ONCE, not 5 times. Ford and Capital one need to be held accountable for this atrocious business practice at Airport Marina Ford in Los Angeles CA. More
