Terrible service, never recommend this dealership!!! Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. My girlfriend went in to purchase a fairly new, used car a few weeks ago, which would make it the Worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. My girlfriend went in to purchase a fairly new, used car a few weeks ago, which would make it the second car she's bought from this place. During the whole process of buying the 2011 kia soul, we were told it was in perfect condition and that there was nothing wrong with it. Well, after three days of having it the check engine light comes on and the battery dies. We get it checked out and get told that the manufacturers battery is still in the car, and it's completely shot.... meaning we need to cough up $150 to pay for a new one including the installment. So much for a car in great condition. Never shopping there again, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone I know. More

From the time we walked in the door where Manny Ysaguirre was there to greet us and turn us over to Santos Vargas to meeting with the Manager, Alfredo, and lastly our introduction to Anne Hodges with whom I signed paperwork, each and every one of these individuals was professional and most courteous. Our Sales person, Santos was extremely helpful with his product knowledge and patience, after all, who wants to run to get a car for someone to drive in the pouring rain, hands down, Santos, not only once but three times! We received what I would consider extraordinary service from Santos and each of the other three people that had a hand in our transaction in some way. Thank you for not my first, but my first excellent experience at a car dealership. I drove in with a Soul and out with a Cadenza. More

David is the only person who called with a specific car for us that would fit within my parameters vs. just trying to get us in the door. He didn't try to up sell us or pressure us at all. He took his time to thoroughly explain everything and treated us very well. I would absolutely recommend David to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. He behaved as a true professional. More

I was going to trade in my 2013 Sorento for a new one and tried to do it in Delray Beach where I live. Airport Kia Naples gave me a much better lease offer and much better customer services. I did everything by phone & email, drove over to Naples (a 2hour drive) and picked up my new car. Awesome, thank you Blake Ginther for the amazing customer service and great car! More

Horrible experience here. I now travel 20+ miles to another dealership just so I don't have to deal with them. I was treated very rudely on the phone by Michaelann. She is a bully. When I addressed it with Mike, the manager, he apologized and told me he would offer a free oil change on my next visit; all I had to do was mention his name. When I was due for an oil change, I came back and mentioned the oil change and the service manager spoke to Mike (I never saw him that day) and he denied ever offering the free oil change. Very disappointed. More
BUYER BEWARE! Save yourself a lot of aggravation and buy elsewhere. Go elsewhere for service too. I brought my car in for body work. Then when you bring it to their attention they refuse to help and make the situation right. The GM (you know who you are) who is supposed to handle these issues, refuses to even look at the car! What a joke. No wonder his staff act like fools! They misrepresented the work they would complete and then stood behind their deceit when the PROOF is obvious that they did not do what they said they would. Saw a Toyota Prius advertised online and called the dealership to see if it was still available. It was and they were able to make an appointment for me within the hour to see it. Santos Vargas was m dealership to see if it was still available. It was and they were able to make an appointment for me within the hour to see it. Santos Vargas was my sales consultant and he had the car up front and ready for me to inspect and test drive. He was very knowledgeable of the car and it's features. He was not pushy or try to "up" sell me. He was very polite, open and easy to work with. Airport Kia negotiated a fair price for the vehicle and all the paperwork was handled efficiently and I drove away in my Prius that afternoon. I would highly recommend Santos Vargas to any of my friends and family who were looking for a vehicle. More

I did research online and found a car that looked adorable a Volkswagon Beetle, that also happens to be a convertible. This was a used car, so I expected some minor issues. When I was shown the car, by Larry, he always showed me this vehicle with the convertible top down. I went multiple days and ever time I was shown the car with the top down. Everything seemed perfect. We worked out a price that worked for me, and even got a good amount of money for my trade in. I took the new (used) car home, and everything was good. Then a few days down the line we noticed the back window looked odd. Turns out the back window is not attached to the outside liner of the convertible top. This causes water to leak through under the window. Being in Florida, we all know it rains daily. So this is HUGE problem. I took the car back to the dealership to address this issue, and no one there was willing to help me. I spoke with their sales manager, Parrish, and all he wanted to do was talk in circles at me. Typical sales person. I was lead to believe that this car was in great condition and was even told it was "garage kept". Now I have to figure out a way to shell out a couple thousand dollars for a new convertible top, because they never once mentioned that it was defective and damaged. I feel this dealership is the most unethical dealership I have ever dealt with. No reputable dealership would sell a car, knowing that the roof was going to leak as soon as it rained. Don't buy from here! More
