Defective product Airport Kia in Naples sold me a car which has defective tires. The first two I changed on my own because they denied coverage but the Third one actual Airport Kia in Naples sold me a car which has defective tires. The first two I changed on my own because they denied coverage but the Third one actually exploded while on the highway with my family, putting my family at risk of death. I called to complain and get them to fix the problem, they simply dismissed me and told me that they are not responsible and to go call khumo because it is their responsibility. I bought the car from Kia, no where in my bill of sale that is mention khumo. They are responsible for their product and should honor the guarantee of anything that comes out of their doors. I am in the process of contacting the attorney general, consumer affairs and the BBB to make sure they know what kind of business AIRPORT KIA OF NAPLES IS DOING. More

If you want to pay a lot more than you should, a higher interest rate, if you want to be lied to and intimidated, be treated like they are doing you a favor then by all means spend your money here, if not run as fast as you can, any where else is better than here! I love my car!!! As soon as we got there, Santos Vargas greeted us and pulled my credit to make about what I could get approved for before showing me a car that I would fall in love with and not be able to afford. He didn't push anything on me or try to over sell me on a car I don't need. He got me what I WANT so that I was happy! Best car sales man hands down and the overall experience I had at this dealership was so great that I didn't even want to look anywhere else for the sole fact that I felt I was being treated with respect and being listened to as far as my wants and needs. I love the car, I love the price, I love the warranty I received, and I get free oil changes and tire care for the nest 5 YEARS! They got me a wonderful interest rate and a lower monthly rate than I even asked for. If you need a Kia you should definitely stop in to Airport Kia to see for yourself. Thank you, Santos! :) More

New Car Lease We were looking at our options with respect to turning in our 2012 Kia Sportage that was on lease until April 1, 2015. Santos reviewed those options a We were looking at our options with respect to turning in our 2012 Kia Sportage that was on lease until April 1, 2015. Santos reviewed those options and then at our request showed us the 2015 Sportage with all the options we wanted. In the end we were able to trade in our 2012 Sportage and drive home in the new 2015 Sportage with no money out of pocket and a less expensive lease. Thank You Santos. More
