A great experience in buying a car from an honest salesman I live part time in OH and part time in Naples. I had done my homework on what kind of car I wanted and the level of extras. I called the dealership and Danny answered the phone. I told him what I wanted and he worked with me to get exactly the car I wanted at a price that I wanted to pay. He told me along the way that he would check to make sure he could deliver what I was asking of him, because he did not want to promise something he could not deliver. I first called Danny on Saturday and on Monday, he had driven 1.5 hours away to get my car, picked me up at my condo and drove me to the dealer. I met with John the finance manager who had a no pressure approach and I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes. I couldn't ask more of a salesman who was honest, wanted to make me a happy customer and did not pressure me. Danny Arenas and John Gillispie are good guys and I know the owners of Airport Kia appreciate them both for they both said they have been at this dealership for awhile and liked working there. Customer Service is rare to find these days and when I do experience it, I want others to know. Great job Danny and John! More
Service department The worst experience ever. I had an appointment @1030am just got home at 5:00pm. For a door assembly. Service manager had no problem telling me that I The worst experience ever. Service manager had no problem telling me that I need about $2000.00 worth of work done to the car that a haven't had for 2 yrs.some of which I have had done. He proceeded to tell me I needed a serpentine belt I asked him if it was crack broken frayed and then he told me it needs to be replaced after 75000 miles funny thing I bought the car with 79,000 miles on it at the same dealership.needless to say. I'll never go back. Half way home I realized that my door light was flashing open driver's door. So I stopped closed it about 4 times then proceed to go back and have that repaired. I might add. I didnt have that problem before I went to the dealership. Over them. I will never go back. More

Over the course of several visits, I had the pleasure of dealin I recently leased a 2018 Stinger GT2 – what a car!!! – from Airport Kia (Naples, FL). Over the course of several visits, I had the pleasure of dealing with four guys at the dealership: Reggie, Pete, Len, and Pat. In all of my interactions with these individuals, I never once felt like I was being treated as “a number.” Each of these gentlemen was, at all times, personable, respectful, accommodating, and professional. With relatively little effort on my part, I was offered what I considered to be a very fair deal. In fact, I was so pleased by my friendly, non-pressured experience that I never even bothered to contact another Kia dealership. (This is way out of character for me!) All aspects of the leasing process – test drives, negotiation, delivery, and follow-up – went extremely smoothly. Airport Kia’s advertising claims that, “Our price sells cars.” While this may be true, price was only one part of my decision to do business with this dealership. The way in which I was treated by their great team was also a contributing factor. (Thanks, guys!) I have already shared my positive experience with several of my friends . . . and, even with a few strangers who have admired my car. Needless-to-say, I highly recommend Airport Kia! More

We were lucky enough to be recommended to Santos Vargas. He was extremely professional as well as helpful and informative. There was never a hard sell and it was very comfortable dealing with Santos. He assured us that any way he could help us in the future it would be his pleasure. If you read any other reviews on this Gentleman you will see he means it. We were comfortable with the deal we made and we would highly recommend Airport Kia and especially Santos Vargas More
Beware of service repairs I took my Kia to Airport Kia for a recall of brake light switch (disengages the cruise control). I know my cruise control worked the day I brought i I took my Kia to Airport Kia for a recall of brake light switch (disengages the cruise control). I know my cruise control worked the day I brought it in and did not work the next day. I was told I needed a cruise control switch that I needed to pre-pay for. The switch was installed the next week and it still didn't work. Then I was told I needed to pre-pay for a cruise control module. The final straw was when the salesman said he could take care of my repair bill if I bought a new Kia that day. At the very least the service department is incompetent and may be scamming travelers. More
