Long time customer at Airport Kia. Just leased a 2022 Forte. Everyone was great from sales Micah Scott, to finance Chris Freeman. No pressure, no hassle just a great deal. Don't go here. I got a KIA seltos had for only 1year 2 months. I have replaced the windshield less then 1 month it had a crack they of course said it would cost me $900 to replace it as it was from a ston months. I have replaced the windshield less then 1 month it had a crack they of course said it would cost me $900 to replace it as it was from a stone . I took it to another place replaced it for 200 and was told it was not from a stone of anysort. And i have had to replace 2 tires due to leak in the side wall. Its a freaking new xxx car. And had to replace the battery. Stay away people. They take no responsibility for anything and will say anything and do anything to get you into a vehicle. I got no special or good anything on my lease. They will take advantage of you if they know they can. More
I have been to this dealership for many years.Service, Parts... I have purchased a couple of vehicle from them. Leonard(sales manager) Alfredo(parts manager). and of course Manny the greatest Manny with h Parts... I have purchased a couple of vehicle from them. Leonard(sales manager) Alfredo(parts manager). and of course Manny the greatest Manny with his customer service(service adviser). There are many positive things to say about this Dealership, but I won't have enough space. Bottom line they are honest and they are in business to help people..Of Course they have to make money; otherwise, what will be the sense to run a business. When you find a Dealer as described here.Be sure you stick to it, because out 15 dealers 1-2 are honest.. Trust me on this, I worked for car dealerships for 16 years out of my life.Thank you, guys best of luck and keep up the good work helping out the community..R.Blanco More
This is the worse dealership I have ever dealt with. Lies Lies and more lies. Rude and could care less about etifics. I will NEVER recommend them or deal with them again. Went to the dealer to try to find out what was my pay off due to the fact that what they were trying to offer me to lease or buy a new car wasn't what I expected. Was told that the information was availabl due to the fact that what they were trying to offer me to lease or buy a new car wasn't what I expected. Was told that the information was available only in person and that it would take 2 minutes (said by Leonard Internet Sale Manager).So I went in person.... Bottom line, after 10 minutes waiting for a sales person that supposedly had the information available Jeremy shows up with the sale person and from the beginning he was rude, talking with anger and showing no respect towards me, my wife and son that was present, trying to give me all kind of explanations and saying that I just can't show up there and request the pay off information. Then he starts talking about a payout and numbers that he needed to figure out. I walked out without the information requested, mistreated and never wanted to deal with them or recommend such a place. Last thing that I want to mention is then I received a call from Jeremy and I ask him again if he had the information which he started again trying to give me all kind of excuses and I said to him: "I know my rights and I'll find the information thru someone else even if I have to go to the owner of the dealer" of what he responded: "I don't know what rights you are talking about".. WOW This puts in perspective what he thinks about Customers More

Just leased another Sorento from Airport Kia. Want to express my gratitude to my Sales Rep Martha Diaz. Can’t say enough how well Ms Diaz took such good care of all my needs to find the right vehicle fo express my gratitude to my Sales Rep Martha Diaz. Can’t say enough how well Ms Diaz took such good care of all my needs to find the right vehicle for me. Ms Diaz was extremely patient and courteous. Ms Diaz is very knowledgeable on products that was connected to the Sorento that I very happily drove home with that day! Ms Diaz worked with me on my monthly payments and certainly made me feel very comfortable and at lease. Also a shout out to Scott when it came time for finance. I have worked with Scott in the past and I continue to be very impressed with Scott. Job Well Done by All, I only hope Ms Diaz will be there on my next lease. I stayed in contact with the sale manager the rest of that day and the next. The following day at 6:18 pm I received a text that another manager had sold the car I was purchasing and there was nothing that could be done other than making sure i got my deposit back. This dealership is not to be trusted. They are not honest and in addition either 1. Are poorly organized lacking in procedures or worse 2. Actively will negotiate deals on sold vehicles, take the most profitable deal and back out of the other. The manager who sold my car out from under me is David Capello. More
