The purchase process was smooth, fast, and easy. The problem arose when I was told by the salesman that there was an additions key fob that was at another owned dealership (important note: I receive The problem arose when I was told by the salesman that there was an additions key fob that was at another owned dealership (important note: I received only 1 at time of purchase). Well, there was not. And, it is not smart to not have a back up. It then became my responsibility to buy it at $800. The dealership ultimately paid for it - but not without a lot of “squeaky wheel.” I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE PROCESS IT TOOK TO GET THIS ACCOMPLUSHED. I am pleased with the outcome. I will not recommend this dealership. More
