This was the second vehicle I purchased from Airport Honda. I chose this dealership multiple times based on vehicle selection, staff friendliness and willingness to spend time working with me to select Honda. I chose this dealership multiple times based on vehicle selection, staff friendliness and willingness to spend time working with me to select a vehicle that fits my needs and budget. I feel comfortable with Jay Haynes as my sales consultant for both vehicles purchased in the last 4 years, as I can call Jay and ask to look at a particular vehicle, and he has it pulled up to the front and ready for me to test drive when I arrive. I have never felt pressured to make a decision I am not comfortable with. If I didn't find the right vehicle the first time, I knew that Jay and other consultants would team up to find other options for me, and even suggest other types of vehicles I had not thought of. Jay Haynes and Airport Honda made my car buying experience fun and exciting. And I love my Honda CRV, just as I was assured that I would! More

He wasn't too busy to help us, and took the time to show us all options that we were interested in. From beginning to end, he was very helpful, and even helped us program our phones to sync with our new cars. Billy Morton was who we dealt with when we made decisions about our financing. He was great to work with, and made this process a breeze. He took the time to show us all of our options for payments which was very helpful since this is the first time that we have purchased vehicles. When we left his office, we were very happy and comfortable with our purchases. Plus, his office smells good! Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would reccomend Greg, Billy, and Airport Honda to any of my friends looking to buy or trade a car! More

I purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot from Jay Haynes. Usually, purchasing a new car is not exactly a pleasant experience, but Jay made it easy and seamless. The sales managers were also very kind. Jay is definitely not your average 'pushy' car salesman, but rather, very easy going and accommodating. While in the negotiation process on my Pilot, I felt that I got a very fair and reasonable price on the vehicle. Even after the sale, Jay has always been readily available to assist with any needs I have regarding my Pilot; such as helping coordinate servicing my vehicle. Jay is always willing to go the extra mile, even when not directly selling a car. The Pilot is actually the second car that I have purchased from Airport Honda; I also have an Accord. I have been to all of the other Honda dealerships in town, but always find myself going back to Airport Honda when I need to purchase a car. I would definitely recommend Airport Honda, as well as, Jay Haynes to friends and family in the market for a car because of the great attitudes the staff possess, the ease of transactions, and the continued assistance they give after the sale is complete. I would also recommend Airport Honda due to their honesty and always following through with things that they say they will do. Even when taking my Pilot in for servicing, I am always greeted by and remembered by all that were involved when I originally bought my car and they make me feel very welcomed and appreciated. I also like the fact that the staff, not only remember me, but also remember 'little things', such as how I like my car to be cleaned and, when I wait at the dealership while my car is being serviced, even what type of beverage I prefer. In addition, I would like to add that I am very particular about the way I like my car to be detailed and David Hanley, in the service department, is always accommodating, knows how I prefer things to be done, and never makes me feel like I'm asking too much.
