I worked specifically with Floyd Glenn, so my comments are based on my experience with him. He was easygoing and there was no pressure at all. As far as the car itself, he was knowledgeable on the various aspects of the car and did a good job of running through the basics that a new user would want to know after a purchase - some that were essential and some that were just nice little features. Floyd even took the time to make sure I got my cell phone set up through the bluetooth feature on the car and knew how to use it. While that may seem like a small thing, I spend too much time every week dodging people who are playing with cell phones, so it was nice to see a dealer that works to help customers avoid this habit. This dealership also takes the time to walk you around to the different departments and make sure you know what's available if you need service, etc.... Would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend or use them again! More
