I purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot from Jay Haynes. Usually, purchasing a new car is not exactly a pleasant experience, but Jay made it easy and seamless. The sales managers were also very kind. Jay is definitely not your average 'pushy' car salesman, but rather, very easy going and accommodating. While in the negotiation process on my Pilot, I felt that I got a very fair and reasonable price on the vehicle. Even after the sale, Jay has always been readily available to assist with any needs I have regarding my Pilot; such as helping coordinate servicing my vehicle. Jay is always willing to go the extra mile, even when not directly selling a car. The Pilot is actually the second car that I have purchased from Airport Honda; I also have an Accord. I have been to all of the other Honda dealerships in town, but always find myself going back to Airport Honda when I need to purchase a car. I would definitely recommend Airport Honda, as well as, Jay Haynes to friends and family in the market for a car because of the great attitudes the staff possess, the ease of transactions, and the continued assistance they give after the sale is complete. I would also recommend Airport Honda due to their honesty and always following through with things that they say they will do. Even when taking my Pilot in for servicing, I am always greeted by and remembered by all that were involved when I originally bought my car and they make me feel very welcomed and appreciated. I also like the fact that the staff, not only remember me, but also remember 'little things', such as how I like my car to be cleaned and, when I wait at the dealership while my car is being serviced, even what type of beverage I prefer. In addition, I would like to add that I am very particular about the way I like my car to be detailed and David Hanley, in the service department, is always accommodating, knows how I prefer things to be done, and never makes me feel like I'm asking too much. I have dealt with Jay Haynes since 2009. My first expierence with him was amazing and it has never fell short since. He was VERY attentive to me as a customer and I never felt haggled or rushed. I, unfortunatly, could not make the new purchase happen, which is why I have a "OK" rating to the pricing, because I felt there could have been more done for me to make the sale, since it would have been my third purcahse from Airport Honda, but that was in no way Mr. Haynes fault. I have been a customer of Mr. Haynes since 2009 and I have referred many of my friends and family to him and to Airport Honda and I will continure to be a customer of Jay Haynes for life. More

My recent Acura purchase at Airport Honda was a very positive experience. I had not purchased a vehicle from a dealership in several years, and even then I made a selection and someone else dealt with positive experience. I had not purchased a vehicle from a dealership in several years, and even then I made a selection and someone else dealt with financing, warranties, etc - I basically just drove away with new car. Well this experience was all on me, start to finish to make decisions, and I ultimately wanted to feel very positive about my decision. I located the car on the internet, contacted Floyd to do some research - it was used and I wanted him to find out where it came from, one owner, maintenance records, etc. He quickly got the information, and the same day I visited the dealership for a test drive. I really liked the Acura, and the process started for negotiation, financing, etc - I was really nervous, not really sure what I was doing. The experience went well, I felt like I was treated fairly, not taken advantage of in any area of the transaction. LeMarcus was great to help me get the car home that I drove to the dealership, and it was very late when everything was finalized. Also, the agreement included a missing disc for the navigation system. Floyd stayed on top of that, I have my disc! For the future I would recommend Floyd to friends and family for a new or used car purchase! More
