He is very professional, always listens carefully to our needs, concerns, and preferences, and then responds with thorough knowledge, helpful suggestions, and clarification questions when needed. Kevin follows up with a phone call after the sale, any repairs, or service work. He is available to help set up service appointments or advise us on any problems we may encounter with our vehicle. Obviously that changed :) .Henry is an asset to Airport Honda ...even after my purchase he answered my calls & questions promptly. I went in initially because my 2007 had airbag recall,so every staff I came into contact prior to Henry was also great! I bought my used 2007 from salesman Gregg Tapp in 2010 & I need to brag on him as well for he was good to me at that time,but I do not remember being given the opportunity to review him back in 2010,but over the yrs he has kept in touch & kept me interested in Airport Honda. It was a great buying experience and being a newly single woman buying a car by myself was way outsi In 2005 I bought my first CRV from Kevin Coffman. It was a great buying experience and being a newly single woman buying a car by myself was way outside of my comfort zone. So 10 years (and over 150,000 miles) later I contacted Kevin again. This experience was even better and I love my new car. Because we had to find a car that met what I wanted when it came in Kevin and Homer were great! I feel like Kevin really goes the extra mile and I look forward to working with him again 10 years from now. More
