When it came time to replace the car this is the place I wanted to buy another Honda from. Have always been very happy with the quality of the work and the way the people treat me here. Brought my car in for an oil change and was looking at some cars and salesman Eric Goble greeted me and showed me a couple of cars and I purchased a 2015 Honda Accord. He was friendly and knew his trade very well and treated me and my mom with much respect and sent us home in a very nice Accord in a couple of hours. A very professional and clean dealership. Will continue to have service on my car done here because I know it will be done properly and with a smile at this dealership. I enjoy visiting the facility and dealing with the staff here. More

Horrible customer service When we bought our new car here, we had a decent experience and Matt seemed to do all he could to get our payments within our budget. However, the day When we bought our new car here, we had a decent experience and Matt seemed to do all he could to get our payments within our budget. However, the day after our purchase we noticed that the pen stripe that was supposedly an extra charge was not on our car and started looking for a detailed invoice which we found out you do not get. Once we brought this to the attention of Matt, the day after our purchase, he said he would get us a detailed list. We are now a month past our purchase and have contacted his supervisor and still do not have a detailed invoice of our purchase. The customer service here is very poor overall when you have an actual issue come up. Update: After finally receiving a detailed invoice of our purchase, nearly a month after requesting it, we were not talked through it with the sales representative or asked to bring out vehical in the verify that everything stated on the invoice was included. We called about some questions that we had about the invoice and have yet to heard back about those. More
