Buying Experience I am taking a few minutes to let you know about my recent experience at Airport Honda in Alcoa, Tennessee. What I thought would be an afternoon of tes I am taking a few minutes to let you know about my recent experience at Airport Honda in Alcoa, Tennessee. What I thought would be an afternoon of test driving several cars at the Honda dealership, turned out to be an enjoyable experience of buying my second car from the dealership. As in 2015, the recent purchase a few days ago was a smooth process. I had worked with Mr. Kevin Coffman when I bought my 2015 CR-V and so had asked for him again when we entered the dealership. I can assure you that Mr. Coffman is as professional as they come. He was very courteous to my wife and he directed most of the conversation towards her. He had figured out quickly that she was going to be the primary driver of the car and the one that was going to have a lot of influence on the decision whether to purchase a new vehicle. He went over thoroughly with her the advantages and features of the car before it was decided to do a test drive. He also put her in a smaller vehicle on the lot so she could feel and see the difference in the size of the two vehicles under consideration. Mr. Coffman is an excellent salesman who is very knowledgeable of the products that he sells and was very, very polite to his two potential buyers. I will add that when we decided to purchase the CR-V and discuss the financing with Mr. John Pastirko, who was also very helpful during that process, Mr. Coffman provided some personal advice on the purchase of the vehicle. I found that the advice was very helpful. I will conclude by saying that the experience of buying a second CR-V EX at Airport Honda was well worth the extra time and drive to the dealership. When I am ready to buy my third CR-V in the future, I will begin at Airport Honda and ask for Mr. Coffman again. More
