I drive a 2011 Honda and needed assistance pairing my phone to my car so I could be hands free. Kylie overheard our conversation and accepted the challenge. She was professional, didn’t give up and didn’t make me feel like a complete idiot until the issue was remedied. I have purchased a new phone and went back to see Kylie. She again was professional, smiling, great customer service and up for the challenge. She provided nothing short of excellent service. The truck was delivered quickly and all the accessories were installed promptly. Called Airport Honda service dept and they told us to bring it straight in, which was brilliant for us. Whilst the vehicle was being diagnosed we took the time to explore other cars in the lot. We had been seriously discussing replacing the CR-V but didn’t know that we were going to trade this particular day. There was no sales pressure to buy, we knew what we wanted and we knew we wanted it to be a Honda, and we drove home in a very nice Honda Pilot. We feel like we made a nice fair deal and the guys were very helpful.
