We were looking for a good used car for our grandson. Not really knowing what he really wanted Dirk was able to assist us in getting the 2017 HONDA ACCORD SPORT that Trey really liked. I thought it would be stressful and it was anything but! Kevin was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, honest, VERY helpful, and most importantly to me, I never once felt pressured or like I was talking to a "salesman". It was very relaxed, he was patient and never pushy which I very much appreciated. My new Odyssey experience This was my first new vehicle purchase. I went to Airport Honda because they were the only ones in town that had a good selection of Odysseys. I was This was my first new vehicle purchase. I went to Airport Honda because they were the only ones in town that had a good selection of Odysseys. I was quickly called, after my online inquiry, by Kibbee McCoy. He was very friendly and made sure the vehicle I was interested in was actually on the lot. I told him when i planned to come look at it and he told me he'd be waiting. When I arrived Kibbee walked me around the vehicle and explained literally every option. I had an older odyssey that had some of the same options but Kibbee was so knowledgeable that I wanted to hear everything he could tell me. During the test drive Kibbee was pleasant and talkative about his family and asked questions about mine making the drive easy and fun. The actual buying process was a breeze and Kibbee walked me through every step. When all was complete and i was ready to take my new Odyssey home Kibbee made sure that I didn't have any other questions and reassured me that if i needed anything he would be available to help at any time. He has even checked on me over the past couple days to see how we are doing and if we have been enjoying our new van. I would encourage anyone looking for a new (or used) Honda to go to Airport Honda. When the time comes for us to replace our other vehicle I will go back without a doubt.
