Jesse was kind enough to give me sodas and water when I was there. I requested 3 options added to the vehicle which they had overnighted and installed within 1 day! Another dealer wanted over 2 weeks to deliver the same car. Paperwork signing was very fast because it was all electronic and the financial manager did not overpressure the extended warranty sales pitch. I told them I didn't want financing and there was no pressure to change that position. Jesse helped me get my smartphone linked up to the HondaLink app and everything was good to go. I know you said the title is new but the car isn’t’. The tires have 5,000 miles on them. There was dirt on the back of the front seats from kids feet. It IS a “used” car! We kick ourselves everyday for not insisting on a new car or finding one somewhere else. Our friends say “what were you thinking?” We got caught up with so much information we couldn’t think straight, We are so disappointed we were talked into this. More
