My issue: Transmission not working. .. attempted to explain this to Mario a "technician"... he refused to listen, he did not take me seriously when I continously told him my transmission .. attempted to explain this to Mario a "technician"... he refused to listen, he did not take me seriously when I continously told him my transmission was down shifting getting stuck in 5th 3rd....would not go into 1st, no power to move... akipping gears the cluster panel was showing a wrench then speedometer wouldn't work, he refused to listen. He kept stating no issue, cause my engine light wasn't on.. I kept getting a wrench light? I don't know why the vehicles engine light wouldn't come on and stay on.. He stated i need a diagnostic test no matter what and charged me for diagnostic test.. he would not listen one bit! I stated I have pictures/video he repeatedly stated did not want to see it there is nothing wrong.. I found a recall that described exactly what my vehicle was doing he stated he wasn't interested. And I need to pick up my vehicle, I kept stating what the vehicle was doing he kept telling me there is nothing wrong. The incompetent technician did not care. He just kept repeating there is no issue. He did not care about the safety of "clients" or other people on the road. Picked up my broke vehicle and automatically went into limp mode, no power to cross the on coming traffic, Wrench light showing... and stuck in 3rd. (Took it to another mechanic, they where able to read the code, This part is actually under the recall from Ford! A recall! And Mario said there is nothing wrong... These mechanics do not want to do their job! They will not listen to your concerns about your vehicle and they can not do a competent job. Going through past reviews this dealership truly seems to have problems with service department. This Ford dealership does not stand by their product or their warranties. And the owner of this dealership only responded to people who gave a 5 for buying a vehicle. More
Went in to Airport Ford to order a Ford Maverick at the end of November 2021. They took my information what features I wanted and credit card to place the order. Was told the truck was on back order but I end of November 2021. They took my information what features I wanted and credit card to place the order. Was told the truck was on back order but I should have it in 9 months maybe in seven months. They indicated the order would not be placed til later but that I would get the truck. At the end of January 2022 I read an article that Ford was not taking any more orders for the Maverick until 2023. I. I called my salesman at Airport Ford to see if my order for the truck had gone through the order process? He checked and let me know I was one of the lucky ones who would get a truck. I was very excited! Forward to today March 18th. After calling in last week to get an order number and written confirmation I was told by my salesman he wouldn’t be able to get the information until this week and he would call me back this week. Of course he didn’t call me back and I left him a message on Wednesday to call me and of course he didn’t. I got hold of him today and he said he forgot to check and he would call me back in 10 minutes and of course he didn’t. When I called him over an hour later he said he got busy and forgot to call me. He then tried to check the status of my order a couple times, put me on hold and finally came back and said my truck had not been ordered and they are only putting people on the list for 2023 models of which none can be ordered until 2023. Needless to say I was very frustrated and beside myself. I then asked to talk to the sales manager and basically told me orders for hybrid truck were stopped at the beginning of November 2021 and that this was the first time he heard about this situation. The only resolution he offered was to wait till 2023 for the truck! He didn’t seem concerned about the fact that I had been misled for over 3.5 months! This is the most frustrated I’ve been with buying a vehicle. It will be a long time before I consider buying a vehicle from Airport Ford! More

I did a really straightforward piece of business with Airport Ford: I told them what I wanted and they sold it to me without any runaround or nonsense. I can't overstate my satisfaction with that.
