He alerted me when a 4 wheel drive vehicle was being put on the lot Salesman stayed in contact with me while I was experiencing family medical issues. He paid attention to the point that I mentioned listening to The Beatles channel on radio, while we were signing the papers he went out and programmed the radio to that channel. Small detail, but it made a big impression on me. We have only put a couple hundred miles on it, we are enjoying the “toys” on the new car. More
