Best parts and service center and overall service ever! We originally bought our 2014 Dodge Ram at Olathe Dodge, we have regretted it ever since! Their service was HORRIBLE...RUDE...they sold us a truck w We originally bought our 2014 Dodge Ram at Olathe Dodge, we have regretted it ever since! Their service was HORRIBLE...RUDE...they sold us a truck w 14600 miles and then at 15000 miles we HAD TO HAVE A $480 repair....a fuel filter that needed replaced at 15000 whichwe were NOT aware of!...After bringing it to the attn of the service mgr he stated "too bad...it wasn't due and they're not cheap!?!??!!?" I refuse to go back...EVER! We had to have recall work done and some "extras" put on our truck, so we tried Platte City. This was the best decision we have ever made. This is our 7th Dodge Ram Diesel and Platte City parts/service dept offered the best, most courteous, and knowledgeable service rep's ever! I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is either looking to have something repaired, or buy! I cannot thank them enough for actually "caring" and taking the time to correct the issues that were out of their control. I HIGHLY recommend them and see much more business with them in the future!!! More

Dont waste your time Called to check on Ram 1500 Limited. Said come on over we will make you a deal, we will make sure you go home with this truck, we are dealing today. Drove 1 1/2hrs to dealership it was a demo with 7,000 miles on it, sprayed off with garden hose and inside was filthy. Under hood was dirty and looked like it was attacked with a pressure washer, battery cover mangled, looked like washer had sliced the cab insulation. Very friendly until it came time to deal... Made offer $4000 less than he was asking due to miles, condition and several options missing that normally come on limited. Guy acted like he was pissed, went to manager and acted all put out came back and said no. Asked what he would be willing to drop down to and he said not dropping down at all since you don't have a trade there's nothing in it for me!! So much for making a deal. Bottom line went down the road to OLATHE Dodge bought the same truck Brand new with 24 miles, more options for $4,500 less then they tried to sell their 7000 mile Demo for!! Don't waste your time!! When I called him a few days later and asked him about the price difference he did not hesitate, quibble, or make excuses. He refunded me the difference on the spot.
