Buying a car here is the normal experience. When it comes to service on the car don’t waist your time here. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They treat you didn’t make an appointment and tell you to get some to service on the car don’t waist your time here. I wouldn’t recommend this place. They treat you didn’t make an appointment and tell you to get something fixed will take 2 to 3 hours. What a waist of time. This has happened a few times and even got sent away saying it’s easier for them to get it fixed at another Jeep Dealership even though you got it from them. I’ve only gotten one good service employee and haven’t seen him since. If you are getting your car fixed under warranty do t come here and for recalls don’t waist your time. More

I have never felt more scammed and violated than I did in dealing with the service managers and technicians in this dealership. Going in to get my car serviced was the worst experience of my life. I got lied dealing with the service managers and technicians in this dealership. Going in to get my car serviced was the worst experience of my life. I got lied to over and over about what services needed to be done and what the costs were going to be, they even went as far as to replacing a part that did not need to be replaced for another 30,000 miles and then charging me hundreds of dollars to get my car out of the shop when I refused to let them touch anything else after they did so. Leaving the shop I felt so violated that I did not know what to do so I came back a few days later to speak to a manager. I spent about an hour speaking to the service technician manager who apologized profusely and promised to look into how I could get the money back that was stolen from me, of course I should not have been hopeful because I just ended up getting my time wasted again and never received a call or email back regarding the issue. I will never trust a single person at this dealership again and would warn anyone I know to avoid buying or servicing your vehicle here at all costs unless you want to get scammed and lied to. More
Horrible customer service. I bought a Hellcat from them approximately 3 years ago. I have had problems with the stripes on it ever since. I was supposed to have factory stripes I bought a Hellcat from them approximately 3 years ago. I have had problems with the stripes on it ever since. I was supposed to have factory stripes but they hired a company called "HID Pro" to do it instead. I called this Spring to find out if they would be willing to fix the stripes once and for all and so far have spoken to 5 different people and made approximately 15 phone calls which included Randy who is supposed to be the son of the owner. It has been over 2 months later and I am still left scratching my head wondering if they are ever going to do anything to fix the situation. More

Worst experience of my life I needed to get my car towed here because I lost my only set while parked at the airport. First they tried to scam me into a new battery which was jus I needed to get my car towed here because I lost my only set while parked at the airport. First they tried to scam me into a new battery which was just replaced 2 months ago at Pep boys. This was compounded by the fact that i took a half day of work to get the battery and bring it to pep boys only to have them tell me its fine. As part of the rekeying they broke some module which prevents keyless drive and tried to charge me $575 to fix the what they broke!!!! I have never been so upset about lack of morality and incompetence. I am now the owner of a Jeep Grand Cherokee that no longer drives without a key in the ignition because of this dealership. More
