I took my truck in 10AM 3/7/25 Friday it was making a strange noise turns out its needs a A/C compressor it was just replaced 6 months prior now it needs a tensioner and a surpentine belt I also found o strange noise turns out its needs a A/C compressor it was just replaced 6 months prior now it needs a tensioner and a surpentine belt I also found out the recall for ABS brakes was never preformed months ago I came in specifically for that recall only but I was told it was updated finally today Tuesday 3/11/25 I get my truck back at 4:30 at 9:30PM I thought I would take a look at the A/C Compressor and a bolt is hanging out of the new A/C compressor what a dangerous situation maybe the bolt was striped out on the previous A/C Compressor and that is why the tensioner and the surpentine belt was damaged and then they followed the same intentional neglect this explains why the tensioner and the belt was damaged just think what could happen if the compressor fell off the oil pump water pump and many other major components would be destroyed on the hwy at 70MPH I just cant believe they would leave a job like this HAD I NOT CHECKED MY FAMILY WOULD BE IN SERIOUS HARMS WAY MY WIFE DRIVES THIS WHAT IF SHE WERE BEHIND THE WHEEL DONT THEY CARE AT ALL AFTER THIS I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND THIS IS WARRANTY WORK I WILL LET THEM KNOW AS WELL. IF you have work done here double check to make sure it was done right have your work reinspected at the very least look at it yourself for lose bolts strange sounds smells it could save your life or a family members life this is serious folks. Now I have a clear picture of what happened he broke off the bolt into the block and instead of drilling and backing out the remainder of the broken bolt he just put some gray RTV silicone to make it look like it was bolted correctly and he would have gotten away with it had the RTV not come lose but it doesn't explain the failure of the tensioner and surpentine belt damage was this technician copying what the first technician did that would explain why the damage to the tensioner and the serpentine belt concluding the A/C compressor was never installed properly from 6 months ago and today. More

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department recently. My 2015 Grand Cherokee began acting strangely after I dropped off some family at the airport, so I decided to take it to the nearest Jeep dealership for inspection. I left my car with them for two days, but unfortunately, they were unable to pinpoint the issue. After paying $700 for diagnostics, I picked up my car, only to discover later that it hadn’t been properly reassembled. Since it was dark when I retrieved the vehicle, I didn’t immediately notice how it had been left. As I started driving the car, I had to stop at another car shop to check my car. The shop confirmed that areas near the wheel and transmission system had been left open. Additionally, I discovered that a part from the glove box compartment was missing. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. More

Second time was just now. Listen not everyone works in a car dealership, and information is power. If I give you an answer that isn't satisfactory hiw about you try and explain for some of the rest that don't work everyday in a car dealership. And the lady behind the counter today you should be ashamed of yourself. More

Call to have 60k mile inspection and maintenance accomplished. Mike told me that Jeep recommends.that transfer case oil (at 60k) and differential oil (at 40k) needs to be changed. I asked where in accomplished. Mike told me that Jeep recommends.that transfer case oil (at 60k) and differential oil (at 40k) needs to be changed. I asked where in the owners manual it tells me that and he couldn’t tell me. He just said it’s what pops up on his screen and it’s recommended by Jeep. Looking at my owners manual maintenance section, those items only required inspections. There are some conditions that required these oils to be changed, but he never asked to see if I met those items, which I didn’t. More

Service department is terrible. I needed an oil change and when I called to schedule an appointment the service advisor said they have an express lane and to just come in. I came in I needed an oil change and when I called to schedule an appointment the service advisor said they have an express lane and to just come in. I came in two hours before they closed and they were acting like I was an inconvenience to them. They said they would change the oil, rotate the tires and change the fuel filters. I waited two hours and they came and said it was done. When I paid I found out they had only done the oil change because I came in so late. He tried to tell me it takes a hour and a half just to change oil. He then told me to call back and make an appointment to get the other items done, which is what I tried to do in the first place. If you like rude people who do not care about customers, then this is the place to go. More
On 10/28 I had an appointment at 1045am for service on my Jeep with advisor Karibe. I dropped my vehicle off at 8am to allow for time and convenience for myself and service department. I was scheduled for an oil change, check voltage, and see if anything can be found wrong with suspension. I dropped Jeep off with the top off which it’s a Jeep and didn’t think that would be an issue. The voltage check and oil change was completed and vehicle was moved to outside parking lot. First off I wasn’t called to approve the diagnostics for the suspension nor called that the Jeep was ready for pick up. I finally called at 4pm wondering what’s taking so long and during that call I was told they approval to look at suspension. At this I cancelled that part. Now here’s the kicker. I get to my Jeep and there was so much water in it. I reached out to service advisor about my concern and was told they didn’t notice the top was off and that they are not responsible and can’t accommodate. First off it could’ve been avoided if I was called when it done. Second, the care of my vehicle isn’t your responsibility worries me. Third, was told by service advisor that a manager would call me the following Monday. Still waiting. Sure manager has no idea. This dealer has serviced my Challenger, my Grand Cherokee and my Jeep and now I may have to look elsewhere. If any of your employees dropped their car off at my house to take care of it, that is exactly what I would do. I wouldn’t tell your employee sorry I didn’t put your top up because that’s how you delivered it. I would do whatever is in my power to ensure your vehicle is in the best care. More
