They were aware I was on my way to purchase the vehicle. Called me when I was nearly there to inform me it was gone and I could look at something else. Just the absolute worst,waste of a 3 hour drive from rural Oregon. All they could say was" sorry but its just business" . Well I'm sorry you guys have NO INTEGRITY, none. You just don't do that to people. 63 year old army Vet here I Implore you to stay away from these crooks. More

Not willing to offer any deals I went to this dealership to explore their inventory; as I was trying to narrow down my buying options to just a couple vehicles. The initial person I went to this dealership to explore their inventory; as I was trying to narrow down my buying options to just a couple vehicles. The initial person who helped me at first seemed helpful, but then he wasn't aware of the cost of each vehicle, so he passed me on to another individual who could answer my questions about pricing. (note, it's fairly weird that this dealership does not have any pricing on their used car inventory) After being informed of the pricing on the vehicles I was interested in, I explained the offer I received at another dealership that was a good offer on a comparable vehicle that they had. They never bothered offering me any incentives - almost as if they 'gave up' on me. Needless to say, I bought the car from the other dealership. I didn't get the impression they were knowledgeable sales staff who knows the extent to which they need to help customers. Also, it's important to note that their used cars are WAY overpriced and they definitely didn't offer to negotiate. More

Any comparison of similar vehicles will bring the realization that you'll endure a lot of salesmanship just to get to the starting price of other dealers. I wont pick on a particular salesperson as over multiple visits it just seems to be the culture of the dealership. Airport can ask anything the want for their vehicle, but I can also choose to ignore any future listing and save my time and resources for more fruitful interactions. More
Great car buying experience We really didn't intend to buy a car on this visit - we were just looking and seeing what's out there. We test drove the car we ended up buying and liked it, but then we were made aware of the scuff on the rear bumper on the passenger side. I immediately said I wouldn't want to buy a car with that scuff. But it turned out the timing was just right and the dealership matched our offer closely enough to make it a super great deal, including a professional paint job to erase the scuff mark. We bought the car on Monday, today is Wednesday and our new car is already being painted and we were given a loaner free of charge. Our salesman, Joel, was wonderful to us. We also appreciate Will, who did our paperwork. We feel they treated us like friends and we feel great about buying our car from Airport Chevrolet. More

Purchase of a new Cadillac SRX4 Our experience at Airport Chevrolet was absolutely outstanding. From the Service Dept. to the sales reps, Finance Manager and the Customer Relations M Our experience at Airport Chevrolet was absolutely outstanding. From the Service Dept. to the sales reps, Finance Manager and the Customer Relations Manager, we experienced positive, professional attention. We were greeted with smiles and helpful information. Actually, all we were going to do was have my 2006 Cadillac SRX serviced. However, when Daniel(Daniel did not have a business card so do not recall his last name, approached us in the new car section he patiently answered our questions. Because of Daniel's positive attitude, knowledge, and low pressure, all of a sudden we found ourselves purchasing a new Cadillac SRX4. He has a very pleasing personality, not what we are used to when buying autos over many years. Virginia Ostreicher was extremely helpful and friendly. She certainly understands the importance of positive customer relations! We really appreciated her sense of humor! Glen Morgan, and Matt Young were equally as patient when it came to negotiating with us, especially my wife! After 5 hours of negotiating, taking a short ride in the Cadillac, learning important details of the SRX4 it was such a pleasure to complete our experience at Airport Chevrolet with Virgnia Ostreicher's exemplary, upbeat assistance! The next time I have one my autos serviced at Airport Chevrolet I'll have to remember to bring my checkbook, pink slip, etc.! You never know!!! More

BEWARE....BEWARE...BEWARE....VERY PREDITORY DEALER........They slobber friendliness to the extent you feel they are trust worthy and you feel like you can't disagree with them because it would DEALER........They slobber friendliness to the extent you feel they are trust worthy and you feel like you can't disagree with them because it would be hurtful to them...DON'T FALL FOR THIS....NOTICE you will not see any prices for vehicles on their website, this for their advantage not yours.They have no prices on there used cars posted on any of the vehicles again ADVANTAGE AIRPOT CHEVY...DON'T SHOP BY MONTHLY PAYMENT AMOUNT!!!!!...Make them work, negotiate price of vehicle first then decide if you can make the payment. THATS WHAT THEIR JOB IS...Of course I learned this the hard way...I first contacted them via email because of a neighbor recommended them..When I talked to Rick Martel on phone I explained to him my precarious financial situation of being on disabilty and not having a car and that I was on a fixed budget..He offered to pick me up at my house 25 miles away in Grants Pass..GREAT RIGHT.but how do you get home from there without it costing an arm and a leg...DISADVANTAGE ME AGAIN....Their eather inducing fog of friendliness put a nice customer at disadvantage again..The car that I felt pressure to buy was out of the comfort range I felt for a monthly payment..My problem I was stressed just contiplating a car purchase in my position and I would have been ok if told they couldn't get me into a car at that monthly payment I was looking for. They made me feel like I was getting this great deal they worked out for the 4 year old Nissan Cube they sold me...NOW THIS IS WHAT UPSET ME...On my way home I passed Jim Siegle Chevy in Grants Pass who had the exact same vehicle I just bought with 3000 less miles for 3300 DOLLARS LESS...DO YOU THINK THEY COULD HAVE MADE ME A BETTER DEAL WHEN THEY TOLD ME I GOT A GREAT DEAL..If you want more info call me...Bob at 541-244-1784..DON'T TRUST THEM More
