The team at Airport Chevy was very helpful in getting my new 2022 Sierra 3500HD Denali ordered and delivered. And, when I left my keys in my trade-in, Virginia Ostreicher promptly mailed them to me, since new 2022 Sierra 3500HD Denali ordered and delivered. Let me just start by saying this may be lengthy but I'm trying to include all that occurred... I was in contact with a few sales representatives regarding my trade in (2017 Colorado ZR2, Diesel crewcab). trying to include all that occurred... I was in contact with a few sales representatives regarding my trade in (2017 Colorado ZR2, Diesel crewcab). However, I opted to go w/ Emily @ Airport Chevy, as I had purchased a 2020 Spark with her 2 years prior & I had also referred my brother & sister-in-law, who then purchased a 2020 Traverse the same day. Plus, in '21, sold them back the Spark, for a profit. Needless to say, I didn't feel like I needed to have my guard up. To be honest I felt like I could trust them; I had become compliant, gullible. I had already explained that I was willing to go down in trim lines so to go up in years; my '17 Colorado ZR2 Diesel for a new '21 Colorado LT V6 & that it was my daily/only vehicle. That was a huge mistake. To secure my trade in (top trim) they told me that the LT (low trim) I inquired about was available, then when I got there, told me it was in transit, w/ no ETA. They said to secure the value of my trade in, since it was my daily, I should complete the process & they could get me in a '19 Colorado WT (bottom trim), in the interim, & upon its arrival, could sell me the '21. 9 days later, a Wed., I checked the website & the '21 had arrived. I had to reach out to my sales representative, who said she was off till Fri. Then, Thurs., she texts me, saying the truck was sold. Needless to say I was dumbfounded. She said I did not leave a deposit, so they sold it. I gave my rig!, not at any point in time was it ever explained to me that I would need to leave an additional deposit! What was said, was that in the interim of waiting for the '21 I could get into the '19. Then further explained that on top of securing the current value of my trade, this would also allow me time to get familiar w/ the V6/8 speed, having come from the Duramax/6 speed. I have all the text, originating from my initial inquiry, to our very last conversation. Being a repeat customer, I was beside myself. I felt completely diminished & manipulated. Trying to accept the 2019 I had ended up with, I took it down to Discount Tire the next day, Friday because the tires sold on it were so bad that they couldn't even be rotated. I had some Wildpeak AT tires. 12 days after giving up my ZR2, I received a phone call, following up about the ZR2, from ALY w/ KENDALL Chevy, 3 hours away. By this point I was having to laugh at the situation or I would cry... When I explained what had happened, I was told to get myself down there & they would get me into an even better rig then I originally wanted, stressing there was no reason that I should have to sacrifice trim; & he made it happen, by MSRP only. I went online, had another quick conversation followed by a confirmation text & I started the drive as he completed the process. Upon arrival, the truck was sitting up front, ready & waiting for me. Sat for a quick convo; On top of all Airport Chevy had already done, I found out through a Carfax that was pulled up on a computer, in front of me, showing me that the 2019 they sold as a certified used vehicle, had in fact, been in an accident. I will never make a deal with Airport again. My mind was blown; he finished the trade in process whileI took my potential new rig, just delivered w/ only 3 miles, on a test drive to grab some coffee. I got back & digned the paperwork (w/ a lower APR than Airport found me). Since the Colorado & Canyons interior are the same sizes, while we were finalizing, the KENDALL guys switched over all my interior items, dashmat, wheel cover & front/bk seat covers, it all fit perfectly. 30min later the truck was detailed, tank filled, even a fresh Dutch Bros coffee waiting! 2021 Canyon AT4 (top trim). I received more respect, honesty & courtesy from ALY w/ KENDALL, 3 hours away, then I could get from my own Rogue Valley dealership! That's okay though; my brother was also ready for an upgrade. Needless to say he did not go to Airport for his '21 Yukon Denali, nor did our mother, who also just happened to be ready for her first brand new sedan. The valley maybe small, but karma is big! KENDALL is now our dealership. More

I highly recommend Airport Chevy. Joel worked with me to get the deal that I needed to buy my new 2021 Silverado 1500.
