Old-hi pressure dealership utilizing “conventional” dealership sales techniques. Very frustrating experience. The car was not ready for delivery, neither was the paperwork. Tomas drove to my home to deliver the Yukon and pick up my trade and have paperwork signed. I live approximately 200 miles from the dealership! The car and the paperwork should have been completed much sooner. The car stinks, literally, after detail. Smells like the previous owner was a heavy smoker. I’d take it back except they did a poor job with it prior and I don’t have time to drive the 400 mile round trip, I will deodorize it myself. I do not respect the way this dealership treated me.. Best dealership hands down. We ordered cars through them all the way from Portland Oregon. We called all the dealerships in Oregon + Washington and each and every single one of them where charging $20-$40K over MSRP on there Cadillac Escalades. For us that was a big big NO! They didn’t calibrate the windshield right, so we had to drive back up to Medford and take to someone who knows what there doing. Very disappointed in Airport Chevy. Very happy with this dealer, helped me navigate the buying process over the phone and online. They are also one of the few dealers who are not gouging customers by charging unethical "market adjustment buying process over the phone and online.
