Roger is always good about getting my car in & out quickly, and with great service. He always lets me know of potential problems (i.e. battery is too low, brakes are getting worn, need to rotate tire quickly, and with great service. Attentive to my somewhat vague complaints about new noise 'under the hump'. Service diagnosed loose yoke and replaced shaft, curing the noise.
