My service advisor was selling me on services that did not need to be done for another 60,000 miles according to the owner's manual and ignored services that could have been done to prevent larger repair not need to be done for another 60,000 miles according to the owner's manual and ignored services that could have been done to prevent larger repair bills. Dis my research, got a few other opinions, and was not happy with the responses that I got, considering they were far different than that of my service advisor. More
I really appreciated the way the William Hill treated me as a client. I know these service advisors are busy but, in my opinion, he made me feel like I was the only customer he was working with. He called me twice to give me status updates which I appreciated. He also went over what was done and brought me the car when it was finished. This may seem like small stuff but it is pretty impressive. More

Bought a used 2005 jeep cheroke about 2 months ago, sales experience was not too bad, but service center at this dealer was a knightmare. We live in Goodyear and my wife had to drive cross town for service o experience was not too bad, but service center at this dealer was a knightmare. We live in Goodyear and my wife had to drive cross town for service only to be told by David in service that our jeep warranty was not in the system, David treated my wife with great disrespect and made her feel like she did not know what she was doing, my wife left the dealer in tears. This is very disappointing coming from a big dealer like Airpark. The following day I made the 30+ mile jurney back to the dealership, and took care of the problem and got the Jeep fixed, but I beg everyone in the market: Please avoid Airpark Jeep. After they sell you your car/truck you will seize to exist to them. I was in the market for the new 2012 wrangler, but I went down to Moore Chrysler Jeep and bought it there recently. I had a great experience at Moore, will not ever go back to Airpark...DO NOT BUY AT AIRPARK!!! very rude group of people without any respect for customers. More

Terriber Service! Brought my car in for an oil change 3 months ago, and told them to look at my brakes their is a loud squeaking noise coming from the brakes. When i picked my car back up from the oil chan months ago, and told them to look at my brakes their is a loud squeaking noise coming from the brakes. When i picked my car back up from the oil changed, they told me my brakes where fine and its just the dust built-up and there is nothing to worry about. I brought in my car for an oil change last week, and they told me my front brakes are metal on metal. I spoke to the manager, and she told me she would investigate the manner and give me a call back. It took her 3 days to call back and i HAD TO CALL HER! She then told me the price on would be 199 for everything, which would be a $100 discount. And then told me to come in on saturday. I went in saturday at the time she told me, and i didn't have an appointment! She forget to write my appointment down on the books. It ended up taking 6 hours for a brake job that normally takes an hour and a half. Then when i checked out the price was 240. Because of shop parts, (well wasn't that supposed to be included in the 199 price, nobody would give me a proper explanation) Customer Service would not change at all on the price and management was no-where to be found. I will never take my car here ever again nor would i recommend it to anybody! Stay away! More
