I bought a new dodge charger from another dealership and took it for its first oil change at this dealership since it is close to my work. I waited to buy a car for a long time a got a really cool car, the took it for its first oil change at this dealership since it is close to my work. I waited to buy a car for a long time a got a really cool car, the charger road and track with the hemi engine. It is a black car with black interior and powerful. When I picked up my car the valet kid smirked at me weird and when I got back to my office, that is just under one mile away I realized there was 30 more miles on my car than the mileage out on my paperwork. I went and looked at the car and there was mud under the car and on the wheels and the car was supposed to be washed. I was in a hurry when I picked up the car so did not think to look for this at the time. I called my service writer who never called me back, still hasn't, I called the Service Manager who denied any wrongdoing. Then I called the General Manager daily. It was four days before I got a phone call back. He also denied it and said, "What do you expect me to do? Fire everybody?" Not the appropriate response to a customer whose car was essentially stolen and taken for a joy ride apparently on an unpaved road. Never got an apology, never offered to pay for a quality check by another dealer, never offered to credit the card for the service, or reimburse for the gas used on this joy ride. Nothing. I highly encourage you to purchase and take your vehicle elsewhere. Who knows what the staff are doing with those cars. More
We purchased a used car from Airpark Dodge. I wait for the reps to get back to me and they never call back. I bring the car in for an appointment in the early morning and by the end of the day - I still h the reps to get back to me and they never call back. The only work that they seem to do quickly are oil changes Have escalated this to highest levels and lots of talk and no resolutions. I want to work with them but just don't have the time or patience. Would rather drive 40 miles than go back. More

He makes you feel like you are his only customer and truly wants you to be extremely satisifed with both the service and your it is truly a pleasure! Went in for oil change and ended up getting differential changed, which was under warranty. They provided a ride to and from my office while my vehicle was being worked on. I have purchased my Van from Ed Moses Dodge dealer in 2005 and it has been servised at the dealership ever since. The dealership has changed name and is now Airport Dodge but I am still taking my car the 2005 and it has been servised at the dealership ever since.
